My recent experience at the Viscount Little Caesars in El Paso was appalling. I purchased a pizza that was undeniably raw; the dough was soft, gummy, and undercooked. Upon returning to the store to address the issue, I was met with dismissive resistance. Staff insisted the dough wasn’t raw, claiming the “stringy” texture was intentional. This explanation is ludicrous. Raw dough is a health hazard, and their refusal to acknowledge the problem was deeply concerning. I strongly advise against patronizing this location until they address their quality control and customer service issues. I wasn’t given any alternative to just having the pizza remade as well as I was lied to about the process of getting my money back through the app. I was only told that the general manager is Daniela. I was not given a number or anyone to reach.

Ordered pizza and some crazy bread with their dipping sauce. Got home and saw the marinara sauce had growing mold. Mustve been at least a day or two for it to have a colony growing in there. Manager said they make the marinara batch everyday. also, the sauce was warm, not cold and usually its cold. Improperly stored maybe? Its so sad because we buy here everyweek. Hope they retrain their staff on proper storage and management can keep a better eye.

We ordered the new “Pepperoni” Crazy Puffs for pickup at 4:30 pm and watching the order status they were ready at 4:17 pm so they sat in the warmer for for almost 15 minutes (poor preorder system) and not only were they lukewarm (not hot) and borderline dry, when we bit into one it was a pocket of air and literally nothing inside so after we cut the rest open they were all just pockets of air, pfffft. Needless to say they were a big let down, they did replace the order, but we had to drive back through 5 pm Friday traffic and they didn’t even offer to have them delivered for the inconvenience, not to mention they almost seemed to not believe us. The replacements were better and actually hot and had the filling we originally paid for, but they still didn’t taste like anything new from what you expect from Little Caesars. Probably wont buy again!
