I had an awesome experience at Papa Gino’s! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The pizza came out perfectly cooked with that classic Papa Gino’s taste you can’t get anywhere else. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere for dining in.

The pizza is not good anymore. I asked for a regular cook and instead I got well done. It was like cardboard and flavorless. The steak and cheese sub however was decent.
They used to be the consistent choice but like everything else in this world the quality sucks.

I didn’t get a confirmation of my order online. Rented in me getting the wrong order of a plain cheese pizza with verry little cheese. I wanted a pepperoni. I asked for the order to be corrected but they told me I would need to pay for another order. I was not very unhappy with my order.

Here goes nothing. I stopped into the South Weymouth Papa Ginos to grab a papa burger. I was a little upset to find out that papa ginos and dangelos combination stores dont have burgers, but i was willing to let it go because its not their fault. I decided to just order a couple of slices but their waremer was a little concering. Whatever was in it, wasnt a fresh slice, it was brown, hard, dry, and had age spots on it. I thought to myself, surely they wont serve me that make shift Plymouth rock, wrong. The girl with blonde hair and the mean face insisted i take it because thats all she had. I wasnt going to argue with her because she looked mean in her black shirt. I decided to run to the restroom before i left for the day, when i was turned off. I walked past a cubicle area where there were a few employees just sitting there and talking. No wonder that blonde girl looked so mean, she was probably mad she was doing all of the work. Made me rethink my attitude about thr slice, maybe she didnt know how to make a pizza when shes the only one working, poor girl. I stepped foot into the ladies room, and there was a half dead mouse on the ground, surrounded by a puddle of god knows what, and it was foaming at the mouth. I said good god and walked out of that bathroom. I suppose its not their fault they were positioned next to an indian restaurant. Better luck next time.

John is amazing and workdvery hard to make sure his customers leave with the same warm smile he shares with us. He also makes a killer chicken Cobb blt salad!!! The staff as a whole really does an outstanding job of upholding Papa Gino’s awesome customer service values. Stars all around.

I love Papa Gino’s pizza but was so disappointed with the large steak cheese and mushroom sub. It was actually inedible . The steak was burnt and hard and on a sub roll like Italian bread which made it drier. I probably had 5 slices of mushroom’s in a large sub. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I think the steak was leftover because I can’t understand how it’s completely dry with no grease?

This place is so unorganized. Nobody talks or communicates. This is the second time I have picked up food from this location and each time takes over 50 minutes to receive your food. Employees are walking around looking confused. Upper management needs to come to this sight to build some teamwork and a more efficient process on getting orders out the door!

Delivery was on time, however pizzas were subpar, they looked and tasted worse than frozen pizza. Very disappointed in my experience with Papa Gino’s, especially since I haven’t ordered in a few months and was looking forward to a decent meal.
