This is the first establishment that I’ve been to, that accepts EBT hot meal program, and when asked to swipe the card, the machine asked for MM/YY right before it ask for the pin. Thats 1 way to steal benefits. I put in random birthdates and my transactions went through after the pin.

Super upset with my spicy chicken sandwich. From the order window i could tell i had interrupted something very important. Miss lady had attitude in a polite way. So i ordered an old classic favorite (haven’t had in years) buy one get one for a dollar spicy chicken sandwich. Yummm right??? Wrong… My beloved chicken that use to be 1.29 is now 3.99 so 5 spent on lunch ok fine no problem….. Smh the chicken was s thick as the sheered lettuce. It honestly looks like they just smashed it together literally… My bun was flat, the lettuce was just globbed in one pile, more bread then chicken. Shame on you carls jr

This store is using misleading pricing tactics to deceive its customers. At first glance, a combo may appear to cost $7.49. However, upon closer look, there is a tiny number, $13.39, under the word “Combo”, which is actually the price for a combo. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the customers. It could lead to a loss of trust in the store. Customers are not stupid. You might fool them once, but you cannot fool them twice. If this store continues with these pricing tactics, it may end up losing all its customers someday. I hope that this store will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes. Good luck.

I asked cashier Emma, if there were any promotional specials, of which she answered No. I was about to leave, then looked on the window saw 7.99$ special. I asked Emma again , she said it was small order. Why not tell customers honest answers

I have been coming to this location since I was a kid bring me so many memories. Now coming to this same location with my kids it’s more special. All the staff are super friendly and Emma is always patient and shares other offers they might have and helps me save. I live a few miles away and this location is just best because it’s clean and open. So many tables to comfortably sit as a family after having fun at the park or even church..

The staff is very friendly and prompt even when I can physically see that there is a limited number of staffing. They will always make sure that your order is ready and fresh. I have ordered at this specific location different times of the day and I still always get my food nice and hot, even if it’s just one person in the front. As someone who used to work in the fast food industry, it is not easy to make sure the customer is happy and corporate is happy as well. I really hope that their hard work is being compensated and it’s not just getting swept under the rug because it is not easy to work in this industry. 5/5 would recommend anyone to eat at this particular location. There’s very few other franchise Carl’s Jr that actually make sure you are being taken care of.
