West End is the best spot in town to get an affordable breakfast biscuit, hands-down. I appreciate that I can order ahead and skip the line, but the wait is never very long even when I walk in. Their Lavender Iced Oatmilk Latte is everything!

All of the baristas are lovely and kind. I have always received great service from everyone at West End Bakery! They also partner with the TooGoodToGo App which is awesome, and helps businesses reduce food waste by selling products before they expire.

Not much of a pastry person, but the cinnamon rolls are definitely worth the trip. Obviously don’t trust the 1 star reviews…. Just people who lack self awareness and think they’re the most important person in the room… food is great as are the people. Can’t go wrong here.

I’ve been visiting this bakery since I moved to Asheville 6 years ago. The coffee is always amazing, the food is equally as good. The cafe is always nice, clean and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable about what they’re selling! I HIGHLY recommend their matcha! Also there is some free parking spaces right outside which is unheard of for this area! Definitely don’t miss this spot if you’re in Asheville!

We’ve had breakfast twice while visiting in November. Bot times it was delicious. Surprisingly, it was the best pig in a blanket I’ve ever had that I’ve ordered on a whim. Coffee was good.
The service is nice, the place has maybe 10 tables.
They also have variety of international sweets and treats on a side. Overall great experience for tourists without the rush of the downtown..

As an Asheville local I can tell you this place is fantastic. The baked goods are delicious and the staff has always been so kind and respectful. Disregard all the people giving negative reviews because someone on the internet told them to. Most have never even stepped foot into this bakery

Out of all the bakeries and small busniess on Haywood, this place is the BEST out of all of them! Their pastries are beautiful and very tasty. The bagels always taste fresh and their sandwiches are to DIE FOR! They are never soggy or taste bland like most places. The owners get all their ingredients fresh and everything is made from scratch. The staff was quick and really friendly, and always seem to be in good spirits. Anyone who put a 1 star review is 100% lying or do not know how to read the menu right.

Really great pastries and some tasty treats from around the world. I would love it if there was a cozier space to sip coffee — it’s all tables and no armchairs. Seems geared towards dining rather than coffee and pastries.
