Village Wines is one of my favorite places to bring friends for wine, apps, and dinner. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
Bonus! I also noticed the new gift shop next door (Hide Away ?) and was able to pop in for a last minute birthday gift—so many cute finds!

We are club members of this place and we have always loved it here. Unfortunately as of recently every time we find ourselves coming back the experiences we have here get worse. Our Server took insanely long to even acknowledge that we were there and took even longer to take our order. The food came out late. Took about 25-30 minutes for a salad and sandwich. Atmosphere seemed unprofessional. Not to mention a lady behind the bar (the owner of the establishment), talking horribly about her current employees and her past employees. Which in my opinion is extremely unprofessional for a business owner. Just a very disappointing experience once again. Will be canceling my membership asap.

Excellent wine bar. Live music on Thursdays. Plates of sardines and oysters were good. French fries excellent. Reminder us our home pub at Maastricht in the Netherlands. Definitely a place to follow for more.

I had been coming to village wines off and on for years and I was so disappointed by this last visit! Once we were seated, our waitress gave us water and then never came back, in fact the host had to come over to take our order. Once we ordered, we saw the charcuterie board fairly quick, but then did not get our mains for over an hour. We ordered a salad, sandwich, and lettuce wraps… and it wasn’t even busy this night. Throughout this whole process, no one came to check on us, we had to find someone to ask for more water, and our original waitress never came to speak to us again despite serving on other around us. We saw so many tables come and go. When we finally got our food, we were missing sides, and didn’t get those for another half an hour… the food itself was fine, but the entire experience left me thinking “wow this place has really gone downhill!” Bummed.

Went for a random Wednesday night and realized the entire Woodenville was shut down but the parking lot of village wines is super full that you have to find parking somewhere else. When I entered the village wines, the place was popping, beautiful lightings, great music and every table was occupied! Well, there was a party and you can see people having fun ! It was a bingo night and seems like a very popular event of the town!
Food was great. Service was phenomenal even being fully occupied and bingo host was fun and feisty and super interactive!
Love this place for wine tasting but bingo night is definitely one of the most fun events I have been to!

This was absolutely a phenomenal experience. Our waiter, Zack, was not only incredibly attentive but also impressively knowledgeable, making our day special. Every visit we’ve had to this restaurant has been consistently amazing—the entire staff delivers outstanding service, and the appetizers/food is great.
Follow-Up: Yet again, this place exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was exceptional, and both our hostess and server were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Austin’s wine recommendations were spot-on, perfectly complementing the outstanding food. Thank you for making our afternoon truly delightful!

It was a neat place. Only 3 stars because, they started to clean up and make everyone feel.rushed at about 815 which they don’t close until 10. Also they forgot parts of our food and when we asked they just thought it was funny and said “we totally forgot about you” I don’t know but it rubbed us the wrong way. That said half the food was good. Some of the cheese tasted like fridge, we had two waitresses one was good one was eh…. Atmosphere was neat. Cozy. The booze was amazing.
