Just had an excellent experience at this Subway thanks to Rachel. She made my cheesesteak subs absolutely amazing—perfectly prepared, fresh, and delicious. What truly stood out was her attitude and customer service. Rachel was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. It’s early, so I check online to double check what time they open so I don’t waste a trip in town. It says 5:00 am. So I get there at 6:00 and the guy is setting up. I ask “Are you open?” His reply is “Not yet.” So I say “I checked online before I came and it says you’re open.” No reply or even acknowledgment from the employee. So as I’m leaving, I double check the time on the door. The sign clearly says that the Subway portion of the store opens at 5:00 am Mon-Saturday. Wish I could say this was the first time they weren’t open an hr after they were suppose to be, but it’s not. Very poor service and attitude from the gentleman in there today.

This location is inside a gas station with limited parking. I got a sandwich of the day and they measured and weighed the meat portion when they scooped it. They say that all subways are doing this. It’s the first time I’ve seen it. The spinach was old and going bad. The service was average if that. I will not be returning.

Subs are not like the app photo. Photo shows sub full of protein and toppings when I get sub one slice of meat each and even a few toppings in other words mostly bread.

Keep trucking to the next Subway. Franchise people would love to know this Subway is out of everything – bread, chicken breast and all fixings. Bathroom out of order and service very curt! Like I said…. keep trucking!

This place should really train their staff before putting them on the line. The girl I making my sandwich was very slow, didn’t know what wheat bread was, didn’t wrap my sandy completely, then dropped it on the floor (while in the bag). Then they didn’t give me a receipt.

On more than one occasion I’ve walked up to the subway counter and said hello only to be scowled at by the sandwich maker and ignored. Shameful customer service
