The WORST experience EVER! I ordered pizza and bread bites for my family that just got into town and was pleasantly surprised to see Domino’s was open until 2am and it let me order carryout. It said it would be ready by 1:59am. I drove 15 min as the one closest has closed at 1am. I arrived at 1:59, literally, and the lights are on, the open sign still displayed in the window and the door is unlocked. I go in and the lady says, “I’m sorry, we’re closed.” I said that I had already ordered carry out asking with my name, and the lady smiles and says that they have to throw everything out at 2. It’s 2:01am. I asked if she was serious and that I had just driven for 15 min and she laughed at me without any concern or apology. I walk outside flabbergasted and to top it off, another employee comes out with a pizza warmer on his shoulder with a couple pies in it and I’m thinking just maybe he’s bringing my order out to me, but no, he explains it’s his last delivery and the person ordered before 2am! What?!! I ordered before 2am and they didn’t even have to deliver it to me! Waste of my time and worse, I have a starving wife and child at home expecting me to arrive with hot pizza and I’ll be lucky to find some cold sandwiches at a gas station at this point. Thanks a lot, Domino’s. I won’t forget this experience.

Ordered pizza tonight. Was supposed to be delivered in 21 minutes. My driver left the store at 6:19 and got to my house at 6:58. I live 4.6 miles from the store. I went to track the pizza and my driver is at Dunkin’ Donuts for 15 minutes. The driver arrives and she is on the phone, and she has the bag on its side like a purse. I get my pizza and it is cold and has bubbles all over it.

A delivery driver in a silver SUV was traveling 35MPH in a 50MPH zone in the left lane so I flashed my brights to have him get a move on as it’s impeding the flow of traffic and I was brake checked so hard I had to throw myself into another lane. I went and called the store to have them know how their driver was reacting and was greeted with the unprofessional staff who deemed going 15MPH under the speed limit in the left lane was okay. The staff is just as terrible as the pizza they serve.

Cold pizza with hard cheese was great. Wasn’t the driver’s fault. It looks like they loaded him up with multiple deliveries. Tuesday night and it got to my place 40 minutes later than they originally quoted. Waste of $30

Definitely do not recommend. These folks messed up my pizza, brought a replacement that looked like they played frisby with it AND still didn’t bring me a receipt. So if you have receipts for work this place definitely ain’t for you. When I called and spoke to a manager he refused to email or text me a receipt said I had to come pick it up, why would I order delivery if I still gotta drive to the store? So frustrating.

Let me preface this by saying I stopped ordering from this store months ago after I got raw pizza dough delivered. After a few months I figured I would give this location another try as I’m right across the street and Domino’s is typically my favorite delivery pizza chain. That was a mistake. While the pizza was cooked this time (although the order wasn’t completely correct), it arrived well over an hour later and cold. The worst thing was the delivery driver, Dave. He called me to let me know he was heading towards me and I told him that our building has a concierge that is present to let him up, but if they were not there I would go down and meet him. Fast forward 7 minutes later and he calls me to tell me he won’t wait for me and left it outside of my apartment complex. Thinking that my concierge wasn’t present, I went down to discover that the concierge was in fact present and that Dave left it outside without ever bothering to bring it inside. Pretty upsetting considering I was the one on the phone apologizing thinking he was waiting out there with no one present to let him in. 0/10 will NEVER order from this store again. Order from the local Papa Johns instead, further away and yet somehow they deliver in 20 minutes, are friendly, and the order is hot and correct. ):

We ordered last night one med pizza , a order of breaksticks, and Alfredo for delivery i was told 15-30 minutes it took a hour. The pizza was cold , the break sticks were cheese bread so i didn’t even get to eat dinner . A very bad experience all around

I ordered late night delivery, after a long day of traveling. My pizza arrived hot, and I appreciated that. The cheesesteak sandwich was awful. The cheese of the sandwich was burnt, and they delivered it anyway. That says a lot about a business. The most enjoyable part of this order was outer crust of the pizza.

A complete waste of $60. I wish I would have looked at the recent reviews before ordering from here. The entire current team that works at this location needs to be replaced. Just like the other reviews state we received a pizza with no tomato sauce, chicken Alfredo pasta with no Alfredo sauce and dry hard noodles, cinnamon sticks that were cold and hard, AND they forgot out cheese bread sticks. I don’t think I have ever ordered from a place where they ruined the entire order before. I will never order from this location again and everyone there should be fired. They have no clue what they are doing. They even lied and told us they cannot add more Alfredo sauce to the pasta until we raised hell with them.
