Prior to today would have rated five stars. Placed delivery order an hour and a half ago and store never said Anything until I called to make sure they were going to deliver, they stated they had no orders and too late to order, guy who answered phone was rude and condescending and because of this experience I will no longer go back to this location that I used to visit 1-3 times per month

Honestly, I was not expecting much, good service in chain restaurants has become undesirable, however, the fine people working at the Pine City Pizza Hut were phenomenal! They should train all others. In fact, they were training, I believe, we dined in. Our pizzas were done perfect! Service with a genuine smile! We could hear everybody in the kitchen, the management talked to the others with respect and trained work patience and support. I highly recommend eating here soon.

I’ve been going to Pizza Hut in Pine City for years and it’s always a favorite. The pizza is as good as I’ve always remembered, it’s made fast and given with a smile. They know me there and sometimes we’ll have a great conversation while I’m waiting and it’s always the best! Can’t recommend it enough! And they’re just starting to decorate the inside for Halloween!! One of the best places to eat in Pine City! I’ll always be back!

There’s only enough noodles to cover the bottom of the pan and there’s literally no sauce in it. Paid 12 dollars for what? Seems pretty simple to make but still got messed up do better.

This is the closest Pizza hut for us, and they’ve treated us well. We order once a month or so, and it’s our go to for birthday party food. I can’t say I’ve ever had an issue with the food or the service. We have not dined in.

I’m 19 and honestly Pizza Hut hits every time. The crust is perfect, cheese is melty, and it’s way better than other spots I’ve tried. Great place to chill with friends and grab food that actually slaps. Definitely my go-to.
