They are in the process of getting a place.
For now it’s easy pick up at an apartment complex.

This was our first time trying Baby’s Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken and man… it absolutely slapped. Hands down some of the best chicken I’ve ever had—juicy, zesty, and seasoned to perfection. We went all-in with the full chicken combo, fries, brown rice, the spicy chili sauce, and that creamy Peruvian mayo. The sauces are unreal—like the kind of thing you start planning your next visit around. Bonus points: the rice and fries soaked up all the chicken juices and were straight fire.

What really makes this spot a game-changer though is the late-night hours. It’s rare to find a place in Utah County open past midnight, but Baby’s is open till 1:00 a.m. on weekdays and 1:30 on weekends. We capped the night off with that quinoa amino peanut butter chocolate smoothie—which somehow tastes like a cheat meal and a protein shake at the same time. This spot is officially in the rotation now.

Literally so sad – we got food from here last night and it looked super scrumptious! We got the whole chicken and two sides so we could have leftovers for lunch today. My husband and I started eating and thought it tasted good until we realized that the other parts were raw :// . We had eaten parts of the chicken already because the seasoning was good but when we looked at the drumsticks and the thighs they were super pink. I started getting stomach sick late last night. I don’t usually leave reviews because I really believe in small business and mom and pop shops but my husband and I are both unwell and it seems like we both have food poisoning. Flavor, rice and salad were good – just upset about the chicken and upset we got sick from it. We probably won’t be going back.

Seriously the best Peruvian style chicken. I am a native Peruvian and my family is very familiar with Peruvian food. This is definitely a hidden gem. We have tried so many Peruvian restaurants and not one makes the chicken right! Baby’s has got a magic touch. Their chicken is juicy, full of flavor, and bonus…big! We’re a family of 6 with 4 boys (including teens with big appetites) and we had enough chicken for everyone. The sauces are AMAZING too. Def get extra. The lobby is super hip all lit up with fun music playing and the friendliest hosts. Such a vibe.

Food was delicious, and price was awesome! We got a 1/2 chicken with three sides and we were completely full by the end (for two people). Would recommend. No dine in, but great pickup option, I’m guessing delivery is available too. Yum yum!

As a BYU student constantly grinding late into the night, I’ve been on the hunt for a legit spot that serves quality food after 10 p.m.—and I finally found it. Baby’s Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken is a total game-changer. I tried the quarter chicken with a side of their seasoned fries and dipped it in both their spicy Peruvian sauce and that creamy mayo-style sauce. Absolute fire. The chicken was juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked perfectly.

What really sets Baby’s apart is that it’s open late—like 1:00 a.m. on weekdays and even later on weekends. In Utah County, that’s practically unheard of unless you’re settling for fast food. This place is now my go-to post-library session fuel. Affordable, delicious, and way healthier than anything else open that late. Baby’s, you’ve earned a loyal fan.
