Indeed, an authentic Thai restaurant in town! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. It was soo good that we forgot to take a picture of our appetizer.
I’d also like to give a 5-star shoutout to Sonia, who was incredibly professional. Even though she was working alone—greeting guests, cleaning tables, and taking orders—she still managed to smile and genuinely interact with everyone. She even mentioned she’s okay because she has her Bella Bot (if I’m not mistaken) helping her out.
We’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

Overall pretty good, if a bit pricey.
We came in on a Friday night, the place was quite full (and a bit smaller than I expected). The service was excellent (not counting the robot server).
The food for the most part was really good. The standout was the Pad Kra Pao and the Penang curry. I would order both again. The chicken spring rolls were pretty standard but really good also. We also had the pad thai, which I found a bit unbalanced. Too much on the sour side. Overall spice level was pretty low, even for dishes on the menu rated ‘3 chilies’ – so don’t expect Thai level spiciness.
The coconut ice cream, if you still have room, is a great finisher.
They ARE licensed now, but a small bottle of Thai beer (Chang) was $12!

I had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was perfect without being overbearing. First time at The Saim Thai Kitchen and wow, it was buzzing when we got there! I tried the Seafood Rice — huge portion and super tasty. Honestly, a bit less rice and some veggies would’ve been perfect, I couldn’t quite finish it .
Bonus: they have a robot helping with delivery, which made the whole experience even more fun .
Had a great time overall and can’t wait to go back to try more dishes!

I am in shortage of my words to describe this restaurant. Just wow. In search of Halal thai options I went there to try pad thai. It was delicious. The ambiance was amazing and the owner was so humble and nice. What attracted me most was there sacrificing pork only for the Muslim customer!!! Since they are honoring us we should definitely help them to boom and taste the thai cuisine. It was my first time and utterly impressed, definitely come again.

Food was amazing. Great portion , fresh and extremely tasty. Spiicccyy but you can order less so it works out. But really really good. Only Thai beer . Belle the robot server was awesome. Pricey but I guess all places are getting that was these days. 100 for 3 of us incl tip.

Wow. Amazing food. I have been hunting for a cashew chicken dish since the King & I shut down, and was lucky to find this gem close to home! Portions were great, could only get through half of our meal! The restaurant was extremely busy but I understand why. Will definitely come again!

We greatly enjoyed dinner at siam thai kitchen. Everything was handled really nicely from the minute we arrived until we departed. I thank the crew for putting together such a positive experience. The menu has an extensive variety of options, and everything we tried was great. I really enjoyed the creative takes on traditional thai foods and it’s very authentic.

Amazing dishes. Cool robot comes out to serve you cooked dishes. Pad Thai is wow. Love the coconut soup as well. Spicy dishes are spicy but not too spicy.
