If you’re looking for a great coffee spot in Rocklin, this is it. The vibe inside is perfect for catching up on work or meeting a friend, and the staff is top-notch—always courteous and efficient. One of the best features is the outdoor patio; it’s a favorite hangout for locals to soak up the sun. I can’t recommend this location enough!

Very nice customer service and impressive decoration in the store. If you want to study or hang out with friends, this will be a good location to go. Ordered a ice peach green tea and ham and Swiss sandwich. The sandwich good as usual, but the green tea was better than usual. Very happy with my experience and highly recommended this location. If I am around this area will definitely come back again!

I am treated like I live in the neighborhood no matter where I go.
Enzo at this location is a perfect example. He remembered me, my drink, the story I told about my day yesterday, and asked me how it turned out.
That kind of service can not be beat!!

The staff is friendly and polite. My reason for 2 stars is for the quality of the drinks. I’ve given this location many chances. I’m constantly in the area for work, so I’ve gone here a substantial amount of times to notice a recurring issue. Nearly every time I get a latte from here, it’s watered down. It tastes like they add water to the drink and not enough espresso. And yes, there is a noticeable difference when I go to different locations in color, consistency, espresso, & flavor. When I choose this location, I just know to expect bad quality, so I’ve decided not to go here anymore. Like I said, I gave them a really good try. Too many times Lol. It’s pretty disappointing. The manager has been notified of the issue. My friend spoke to him a few weeks ago regarding the issue, but I’m not confident it’s been solved.

I would go to this Starbucks all the time and the coffee and customer is always amazing, everyone is always so happy but I noticed a decline lately. Many of the great workers I would always see are gone and I can understand after overhearing their manager berating one of them back. Whoever this guy is, sounds like he’s creating a negative workplace environment.
