It’s getting to where everytime I go there I have issues. It seriously can’t be that hard to make sure beef and broccoli has beef. ♂️. They also didn’t tell me they were out of sweet and sour til after I got to the window. Rangoon’s without sweet and sour are blah…..

I love Panda Express I normally get the exact same thing. Never had this issue and mostly people would just eat around the cabbage because it’s made with it and NORMALLY I DO! However today it was just unacceptable. The cabbage wasn’t normal chunks (like before) they were diced finely and over took the noodles!

In NO WAY was their food at their best today. The noodles were cooked with NO soy sauce, had no flavor and were practically raw. I got the sweet fire chicken and I’m fairly certain it had the sauce for another kind of chicken on it. Pineapples were ice cold. Been going down hill a long time and the noodles today really ruined it for me.

Arrived in the drive thru with a one car queue it took 10 minutes for that car to get order taken then I pulled up to speaker box and had to wait 10 minutes to place my order. Ordered teriyaki chicken and was informed it was a 10 minute wait. They pulled me forward to the front to park and wait. The 10 minutes ended up being over 20. Over 40 minutes for entire experience.

Not a bad location but not as good as most. Good service and food was decent. They were out of most entree when I was there but it seemed to be a timing issue. I think the main issue was that I did drive-thru instead of dine in.

I ordered a plate with sesame chicken and a bowl with sesame chicken thru the drive thru. The lady who took my order was very nice but they were out of sesame chicken and told me to pull around and park and they would make more and bring it out. After waiting almost 15 minutes they brought my order out, I checked to make sure it was correct and I headed home which is about 30 mins away. When we got home to eat we realized the chicken had been cooked so long there was no longer chicken on the inside of the breading. I called and they offered to make it right but living 30 minutes away didn’t help us at that moment. They did take our name for the next time we are in Ardmore. Pic attached of the jerky we received.

It was good. The chow mein didn’t seem as fresh as normal so that was sad. And they were totally out of water. But nice service and good seating and very clean.
