This place is always severely understaffed and it takes forever to get a burrito bowl. I came one time and there was only one guy making the burritos and running the register so he had to do the whole line by himself and then take his gloves off to ring people up and then come back with new gloves every time. They should really just put more staff members here or make sure that the staff members are working efficiently enough.

They refuse to ever have someone over 21 working in this location. Always chaotic and slow and messy. Actually today was a little bit faster.
My real problem is now I get my bowl and chips and it’s about $17.
Craziness, I used to come here to have a fair priced meal. Worse part is the chicken is now rubbery. Not dry but bubble and chewy texture isn’t dense almost like it’s filled with water and air lol

What has happened to Chipotle ? Use to be my favorite. Last 5 times I’ve been has been slop. Especially the employees . I was there 7:30 pm 1/18/26 and the girl behind the counter appeared to be actively trying to run chipotle out of biz. The slop counter looked like a bombed out 3rd world country. I stood in line for 15 minutes before I just walked out. Really sad. They must be just failing on every level .

Please don’t go here. I have an allergy to tomatoes and I repeatedly asked if there were tomatoes in the steak and was told no. I ate a steak burrito and had an allergic reaction after leaving the restaurant and found out the steak is marinated with tomato. I’m contacting Chipotle Corporate for this incident. I’m very disappointed. You’re welcome for not filling a lawsuit.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to the Chipotle location at 6290 W Sunset. As someone with over 10 years of experience in the food and administration business, I have never encountered such a disgusting and poorly managed Chipotle before.

Upon entering the restaurant at approximately 6:30pm, I noticed that the general manager, Zoila, was off duty and wearing a black sweater while waiting on the side of a register on her Uber. This immediately struck me as unprofessional and concerning. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling, with steak found in the cheese and the counters in a horrible state. The entire establishment appeared extremely messy and neglected.

To make matters worse, there was only one employee working in the front, resulting in excessive waiting times for customers. Prior to placing my order, I inquired about redeeming a free steak bowl offer that I had on my phone. The employee confirmed that it was indeed redeemable. However, upon reaching the register, I was informed that I needed to purchase additional food to qualify for the free bowl.

Feeling inconvenienced, I politely asked the employee if I could at least receive a free drink as compensation. Initially, he agreed, but then the general manager, Zoila, interrupted our conversation and overruled his decision. This interference was unwarranted, as Zoila was not even on the clock at that time. Her knowledge of the store’s poor condition and her subsequent interruption only served to further infuriate me.

To add insult to injury, when I requested Zoila’s name, she immediately ran out of the store, avoiding any accountability for her actions. I found her behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, her constant smiling while denying my requests led me to believe that she was being racist.

As a result of this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I have decided to sever my ties with Chipotle indefinitely. I kindly request that someone from corporate reach out to me to address this matter. I believe it is crucial for Chipotle to investigate the actions of Zoila and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. I am deeply disappointed and feel that I was not treated as a valued customer.
