Won’t ever order from this Domino’s again! Don’t expect your pizza to be ready when you ask it to be! I placed a order online at 2:43pm to be picked up at 4pm, and I still had to sit and wait for my pizza to bake. I didnt get my pizza till 4:20p. They totally ignore online orders!!! I also ordered the New York style crust and got the thick regular crust! Thanks alot! Ugh! Ridiculous!!!

I don’t understand the orders are simple they’re not long-winded yet anytime we order from this particular location the order is never correct there’s always an issue.
From chicken that’s not cooked 100% (gross), or the 16 count always turns into 12 pieces instead, the toppings not being added onto the pizza (when you look at the receipt it’s clear it’s supposed to be there), from the style of crust is ignored and just whatever crust your serving for the day is what everyone gets, no one knows the difference between ham and bacon to the ultimate pepperoni pizza looking just like a regular 20 piece pepperoni pizza.
I dread when I’m visiting family and they all want this restaurant to make the food for the night because I know it’s going to be an issue. I truly don’t mind driving back towards the lake to visit that Domino’s at least I know the order will be correct it may not be served with a smile but at least it will have what we requested.
I don’t know what it would take for the store to change it feels like almost 10 years and this restaurant just can’t seem to address orders the way they are placed. I don’t know if it’s the pressure of making pizza because you have specials or people are just tired by the time we order for dinner but I have yet to come here in any given year and get an order correct.
All I can say is I’m hoping this new year at some point orders of red correctly and made sufficiently. Trudy would love to get the pizza that we ordered and not just whatever you decide to put in a box and send out to us.
Wishing this Domino’s location nothing but better from this point, wishing you better lighting so that the orders can be read correctly and a successful New Year.

This place is a hell hole! We patiently waited for 30 min after our pick up time. Customer service is bad. I normally don’t like to write bad reviews but I’m just being very honest. I would never eat here again. The wings taste like freezer burn. The is why you need to pay your workers a proper wage so they can serve quality food! Do not bother ordering from here you guys!

This was the most ridiculous experience I’ve EVER had with a Domino’s in my life. Last night I had a $70.00 order, I had ordered 3 pizzas and 2 pops. The 1 pizza was fine and nothing wrong with the sodas, but I ordered a large ultimate pepperoni pizza and there were literally 2 pieces of pepperoni on each slide of pizza and that was it! I also ordered a medium spinach and feta cheese pizza with stuffed crust and bacon and it had not one single piece of bacon on it and the stuffed crust, when I think stuffed, I think STUFFED, not more air and bread than cheese! I called to speak to a manager and I waited on the phone for over an hour and no one ever answered. I tried again today to call and still no answer. This Domino’s is ran so poorly and the owner should be ashamed. I will NEVER order from here again and I will warn EVERYONE to never order from this Domino’s either!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. How is it we placed an order online. Said it would arrive in 16-21 minutes. Check the tracker and they canceled the order on their end. It is currently 9:12pm and they are open till 1am. Can’t get anybody on the phone???? Might as well just shut this place down. I see now why there is so many negative reviews. Where is the managers? Corporate???? Hello is anybody out there????

The website is always down. They close whenever they want to. I ordered through DoorDash and they canceled my order due to no delivery driver…. Why are you using your own delivery drivers when there’s plenty of door dash drivers to begin with?! Thats what door dash is for. Only dominos over here and it’s the worst one.

I have attempted to order delivery from this location three separate times. Never received a call as to why but my orders are cancelled. When I try to call to figure out the problem, no one bothers to pick up the phone. The one time I did pick up here, I had to get them to give me the sauces I paid for cause they didn’t bother to restock from the walk in cooler.

Made my pizza incorrectly. Right after collecting the money, the cashier grabbed another dough to remake the pizza. I told her nevermind. She Did not wash her hands. None of the employees had on gloves. This was supposed to be the viral TikTok pizza they had a coupon code for. Dry, toppings don’t even go to edge of crust. Dough tasted under cooked. Ate one slice. Rest went in trash.

From my personal experience, this is the best Domino’s out of the three in the area. Every order has arrived on time and fresh, and their sides are easily the best you’ll find with a pizza. I’m honestly surprised it’s rated only 3.6 stars, since I’ve yet to have a bad delivery. It’s far better than the low-quality slop that places like Little Caesar’s try to pass off as “food.”
