Sit back and let Big Herb enlighten you on today’s experience here. Decided to get some yard bird for lunch and always never disappointed in Popeyes. First time in this joint. Walked in and had a warm greeting. She took our order. We both wanted 3 piece dark. Got the receipt and drink cups. There was no ice in machine. No carbonation in the soda. All supplies were out including napkins. Tables were dirty and lobby lacked the love. The workers joked and played and didn’t seem to care although they were friendly. We received one leg and thigh between both orders and rest was white meat. Chicken was good. Big Herb loves the red beans and rice but this round was very disappointing. It seemed like it was scraped from the bottom of then pan with a few grains of rice added. Mac & cheese looked like it was setting a record for dryness under a heat lamp. Can’t believe it was served like that. Could’ve added water and stirred some? Paid $30 for disappointment. Won’t be back to this location but not giving up on the brand.

Good chicken fast food. The chicken and sandwiches are much better than the competition, in my opinion. This location’s customer service is much better than the 2 locations just south of it. The food is good, the staff is nice, and the service is fast. Overall, a good restaurant.

I am happy Paragould was fortunate enough to land a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen here. Employees are nice. Food is usually very tasty. Especially appreciative they open at 10 am because I am not a big breakfast food fan and am usually just waiting for a lunch serving restaurant to open up in the mornings. Restaurant is always kept clean.

Always friendly people. That’s what I said a month ago. But they messed up my order last night. So I called, they took my name like most places do. However, went tonight to get my food comp, well they didn’t comp the 2 can dine that I paid for last night. They only replaced the chicken tenders, nothing more….
