Got the meal for two and got some fries and spring rolls because i didn’t expect it to be A LOT. And it was a rare moment of left overs!
Picked it up and the employee I spoke with was super polite, the restaurant was clean, and the only soda that was out we were told it’ll be updated soon.
Overall if you want some good food for cheap, definitely recommend it! Also STRONGLY encourage getting the spice, gives a nice lil kick!

Had a cheese burger combo with fries, burger tasted delicious. Love the fries. Like how thin they are, my preference. 12 bucks for the combo, definitely worth it. Got some free chicken from the owner too! The crust was perfect and juicy. Definitely a place to eat and hang out.

Omg where do I start. The chicken is amazing where you will season and you can get spicy and non-spicy mixed together. The family meal is amazing it feed my family of 4 perfectly and you get 4 sandwiches and chicken wings and chicken nuggets with 4 drinks at $50.00

This was our very first time and we didn’t really enjoy it. Although the cashier was very nice but the food lacked flavor. Crispy chicken was ok but the inside was pink so wife was scared to eat it. The fries were not seasoned at all. The onion rings were definitely frozen but wasn’t that great. The chicken nuggets were lacking flavor as well. It would need to be heavily sauced in order for it to be saved. I ordered the double burger which was just ok. The fried chicken was also terrible. I was reading all these reviews and was like are zombies eating here or is it friends of the establishment writing these reviews? I like to try new places but so far its been alot of misses. My wife also gave me the I told you so!

Had this chicken for the first time today. Very good! I had regular and spicy. Both were very crispy and fantastic flavor!! Definitely will be going back! I got six pieces of chicken, one large fry, and a large onion ring for only $19! It’s located at Hoover and 11, next to the old blockbusters.

Food is excellent here, which should be the main focus of any restaurant review. If you don’t know, this fried chicken spot is with an Asian twist versus the traditional stuff we have in this area. I had the spicy thigh and breast, both wonderful but the way they marinade their chicken is really what sets them apart from everyone else.
The owner was there cooking and preparing orders, I got to briefly speak with him about the business and his experience. It appears to me that he is a family man, and an honest man as his goal is to provide a quality product and service to the community.
This place has an open kitchen so you can see them cook/work when preparing your meal.

Found out about this spot from a coworker who said their fried chicken sandwich was amazing — and cheap! When I heard it was halal, I knew I had to try it out, especially since we don’t have any halal Popeyes around here. I usually drive all the way to Windsor, Canada whenever I crave some, so having a local option is a huge win.
When I walked in, the place was clean, and the guy working there was super friendly. He explained the menu and got my order ready pretty fast. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and the fish sandwich — and honestly, I was blown away. It’s a perfect replacement for Popeyes.
The food was so good I went back the next day with some friends to show them. The guy even recognized me, asked how I liked the food last time, and surprised me with a free fish sandwich — really appreciated that.
I truly hope this place becomes successful because we need more halal spots like this around. I’ll definitely be a regular here!

The single worker was definitely dealing with some restaurant-opening issues, namely, missing several items on the menu. Store was clean, smelled fresh, food was cooked thoroughly. We had the original chicken (on a sandwich and as just pieces) and enjoyed the marinade and breading very much. The worker was quite friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to try more of the menu once it’s available.
