I’m reading these reviews and I am SHOCKED.. first time in the restaurant and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the fountain machine very well maintained.. one of my my big deals… greeted immediately by Nikia with a smile.. GM Veronica was extremely friendly and obliviously a great GM because of the atmosphere of the place.. Lauren the ASM was making sure I received my order and that is was correct! I collected each person name as I was leaving to make sure the recognition doesn’t go unnoticed… Kudos
Got home and told other family members about my experience and if you follow me and my reviews I am very direct! Bravo to the Team and if you haven’t visited this tucked away location you should!! I will definitely be back.

I’m not making this up when I say this but this is by far the worst chicken and fries I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered two orders of chicken and fries and they were absolutely disgusting . The chicken seemed as if it was leftover chicken and just nasty and the fries were rubbery and old like they had been sitting out all day. I frequent a lot of restaurants and this mess is by far the absolute worst mess ever. I would not recommend this chicken for anyone. Believe me it’s not good or fresh at all. Save your money or spend it elsewhere on quality because this WingStop ain’t it. The S. Main store in High Point.

Made an online order. After picking up noticed some missing items, called the store. The male on the phone had great customer service and gladly agreed to fix the corrections or add to my next order. We picked up corrections and they had thrown in 2 free brownies. There were only 2 employees working at the time. Mistakes happen, it’s about how you handle it after! Very pleased with good customer service!

This is my second time here. Came 2 days back to back, and each time the food was amazing. I ordered for take out in the restaurant, so the food was very fresh and hot. The place was very clean and had a sanitation grade of 100! I even saw multiple employees wash their hands before handling my food. I will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Made a online order. Went to pick it up at the time it said it would be ready by, I get there it’s only two employees and they didn’t even start on the order. Literally when I got there was when they put the wings in the fryer! One guy was one his phone and the young lady confused about there even being an order . Normally good service but not today. Didn’t even get an apology for it not being ready when it was scheduled to be. Very unprofessional.

Food was ok we stopped here to eat after my daughter volleyball game. They had high chairs which is great cause I had my one yr old with us… HOWEVER please explain why I had to lay my son on the FLOOR to change him because they had no changing table. That is ridiculous I wouldn’t have done that but I wasn’t about to let him sit in a poopy diaper
