Unfortunately, we were really unimpressed by this sushi and our order in general. Upscale prices with plenty of offerings, but nothing was delicious. Everything was sloppy and low quality, and we were only able to eat maybe half of the entire order. We got a sashimi sampler and the cuts were so thick!! It looked like chunks you would put into a hotpot. We also tried three specialty rolls and a spicy tuna crunch roll plus the edamame and wontons. The rolls were inedible. Even the simpler ones were slimy and soaked in sauces. Despite this being a delivery order, the tempura inside the rolls was still warm so these were fresh rolls. Not for me.

Don’t let the good reviews fool you, this is a slightly below average sushi shop. Stopped in on a Friday night and the first thing I noticed was the smell of air fresheners. We were seated, greeted, and served quickly and kindly, unfortunately, things went downhill from there.
The miso soup was extremely salty and the spoon came out encrusted in dishwashing powder (this was quickly fixed by the server!), the tempura shrimp roll was soggy in parts, and the rolls all seemed to be closer to room temperature than not. I’d like to point out that despite this, the fish appeared to be high quality with no odor.
My biggest gripe, though, was the rice. It was shriveled and old and had a really unpleasant texture.
I can’t recommend this place to the sushi lover.

Five stars! I’ve been dining here with my family ever since Susji Aji opened many years ago. I haven’t found sushi anywhere else that’s been anywhere near as good as the sushi here is. Yuki is lovely as well.

You need to stop here and get the Unicorn Roll before you leave! It was so good. I was only in Colorado overnight, so I had to stop back in on my way back home to get more. Everything was very good and nicely presented. We wolfed through the big tray we ordered before thinking about taking pictures.

First time at this place. Food was mediocre. Not too fresh tasting. We were there for a late lunch, and so it was not busy. Served rather fast, with care. But mostly, the food was mediocre in taste and freshness. Will not come back.

Packed on a Friday night, the staff was working very hard. We got a nice seat outside which ended up working perfectly. I wouldn’t say the sushi was life changing but it was definitely well above average quality, and the tea and vegetable tempura we had were both great. I’d definitely go back!

A local friendly Japanese restaurant with casual atmosphere, fantastic service and delicious food. There are a lot of vegetarian options. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend it. Don’t forget to have the mango mochi ice-cream to top of your meal with!

Yummy. We all enjoyed the food very much. Even our picky 4 year old was using chopsticks to shove sushi into her mouth. She really loves the miso soup as well.
