I have NEVER written a review before but this place sucks so i just have to. We went here a few weeks after it opened and the place was fine but now for some odd reason the food here is disgusting and the chicken taste snd looks raw and the workers don’t even acknowledge you half the time. They have gotten our order wrong multiple times and don’t even pay attention to what you’re trying to say. The person that’s SUPPOSED to be taking our order is over in the back talking on the phone. Did i mention the food is DISGUSTING and will make your stomach hurt? They needa shut the place down or get new workers that actually know how to do their job.

I have been to lots of different Wingstop. This one by far has got to be the dirtiest one I’ve ever seen. The service here was no good. The guy had me repeating everything I had just told him. When they brought my food out, the fries were cold, the wings was full of grease. The grease spilled out onto my car seat and jacket. Bad experience. I won’t be going back to that wingstop.

Maybe even the owner. He clearly isn’t doing his job either. Every recent review it’s a bad damn review. GET IT TOGETHER ‼️‼️ hell they don’t even greet you as you walk in. I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review before but this was terrible. We spent 35 bucks and none of it was edible. Everything tasted like pure salt and the fries were cold, greasey and literally pure salt. I’ve never met a fry I didn’t like until today. The amount of salt in this food is probably boarding on lethal. It also took over 20 minutes to get food that was somehow cold. Another couple was waiting there even longer than us and still hadn’t gotten food when we left 30 minutes later.

I really hate doing bad reviews especially when it comes to a brand new store opened near me. There is a lady with braids and she has a birth defect crossed eyed. She’s so rude everytime I come in it’s ridiculous. Today I did an online order and I came in, she tells me to grab the order off the shelf I’m not going to step into the kitchen to grab my order. Isn’t the whole customer service experience for them to grab your food and be as friendly as possible? She decided to kick me out and say never come back? because I didn’t want to grab my food from the shelf in the kitchen ? Are you freaking kidding me ? I love wing stop but if your customer service is like why would I ever return. THATS TERRIBLE. not only that but they got my order wrong. So upsetting. I got hot honey rub and lemon pepper. I got Mexican flavor and lemon pepper.

Lazy and unpleasant staff. This is the complete opposite of the Eagan, MN location. They should train other stores. The staff was lazy and unwelcoming. The drink area was messy and the drink I came for (sweet tea) was out of stock. With all of the cleaning that could have been done the staff just spent time laughing and talking. The cashier also overcharged me for my drink.
