Every time we order from there the order is messed up. Took a break and gave it a couple of months and ordered from there today and got the tender gravy meal and none of the gravy came with the order and the tenders are only slightly bigger than a French Fry. These things use to be a good size and now they are barely a bite. On top of all that the food is cold. This location needs a complete overhaul.

Went here and asked for 3 famous bowls… they didn’t have the nuggets, I then asked for an 8 piece bucket instead… they only had dark meat, I then asked for 3 5 piece tender meals… they didn’t have the tenders. Awesome food but why even stay open if you don’t have any chicken? It’s Kentucky friend chicken, nobody comes here for anything other than chicken.

Always fast and they are nice. Maybe I go at different times than everyone else. Not a bad experience in the last few years. I love the mashed potatoes. I do wish they’d go back to popcorn chicken instead of nuggets though.

Every time I go through drive thru they get something wrong. Tonight I ordered large slaw and large mac/cheese. Got the slaw but fries instead of mac/cheese. I could hear a person screaming at them because they got their order wrong. This is about the third complaint I’ve had in 2 years.

Ordered food through the app. App said it was ready…it wasn’t. After coming home we noticed 3 missing items. Had to go back up there to correct. Employee was pleasant the 2nd time but during the initial pick-up she was rude. Staff was arguing with each other too. The food, once corrected, was good though.

Marysville has the worst staff for kentucky fried chicken that I have been to… i asked for a chicken and shrimp platter.. It took over fifteen minutes to get my food and it was wrong.. So I talked to the manager and told her she wanted to recook it for me. And I said, I would just take a three piece, all dark meat, two thighs, one leg and call it even… i got in the car, took off.She got that wrong… so sad…

Picked up our order & got home to find forgot 1 meal. To make matters worst we took box meal out of the bag & bottom of the box so poorly put together that the food fell out the bottom to the floor. We called & talked to manager & she stated it is not their fault & that its KFC Corporations fault because they send them cheap boxes. So warning if buying a box meal from KFC have a plate ready.
