I love fried chicken!!! Popeyes is my go to fast food chicken chain and while quality can vary a lot (don’t ask how many different locations I’ve visited…) this one is pretty consistently good. Hard to answer the service question as everything is self order kiosks (which is fine by me) but the staff have always been quite nice and friendly if on the quiet side. The locations are pretty dated and I think the bulk of the business is taken out / to go so atmosphere doesn’t seem to be a priority. Regular prices have gone up massively since COVID but the promotions and mobile offers are quite reasonable.

A little bit dry, especially the wings. The spicy chicken was good, but don’t even think about keeping any leftovers. I got a weird taste and smell the following day. Ordering from the kiosk is good and easy, but the connection with the staff is not that great. No welcome, nothing. You can feel that the staff is just there for the paycheck. Hope the management will take action. Will give it another try when we are around.

Popeyes is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot, fresh, and flavorful, but other times the quality and service are inconsistent. Wait times can be long, and orders are not always prepared correctly.

Honestly? It’s not as good as the newer location on Copper Hill in Valencia. The chicken just doesn’t taste as fresh at this location. However, the service is decent and fast. Another con is that they don’t have a drive through and so you have to park in one of the few dedicated spots this location has and walk into the store to get your food.

November 4, 2025 placed an order online. It did not give us an option to ask for condiments so I decided to call so they could put them in there. I tried 4 times every single time I called they answered and just hung up not sure who was working at the time, but it was 12:30 PM even if you’re in a rush you could say can you please hold not just pick up the phone and hang up?

Ordered the Family Meal combo with a gallon of tea. The service was good and everyone was helpful. You cannot dine-in yet due to COVID-19 restrictions. The chicken, as usual, tastes good. Will surely come back.

The chicken was awesome!! The Cajun Fries were not flavored and tasted like normal fries. The service was awful and unenthusiastic. No bathrooms to wash your hands – no bueno after eating a piece of chicken.
