Waited in the drive through for at least 40 minutes and ended up getting two bacon breakfast sandwiches that featured raw bacon which is a major health risk! No one answered my calls on the store number and when I returned I was told the manager is the only one that can issue a refund and she would get back to me at her convenience! Really?!?? I would stay far away from this location if you care about your health!
Look at the disgusting pictures attached and I’m sure you will also be appalled!

I always come here and that’s why I’m not giving it 1 star, there typically aren’t issues. This guy must have been new but he didn’t read my order back to me when I got to the window, he didn’t give me a receipt and had no clue what I ordered because gave me the wrong stuff and forgot to give me things. Then I was given a drink that was iced when I asked for it hot. And she said “ it doesn’t come hot” which is fine but tell me at the drive thru not when I get to the window because they already made it. Anyways not a good vibe today. The man was probably from the Middle East and I can tell they had a lot of mistakes today. Please train everyone correctly

went through the drive through ordered 2 raspberry croissants and a lg refresher . got to the window they took my payment . gave me the drink and the had me wait for about 10 minutes to tell me they don’t have the other items . couldn’t refund me because i did tap to pay .

Employers don’t change serving gloves. Walked in and seen employees use the same gloves to grab donuts and dress drive through headphones. I walked out without service. Yuck

What a great group of young people with superb customer service skills. Their customer service is better than that of seasoned workers. The flavor of coffee that I desire was not was not made at the time. Naomi offered to make me a fresh cup of coffee. She served me with such warmth. She was even kind to the cup. The cashier Anna was a breath of fresh air as was Chase. Thanks you three for making me feel like a valued customer. Store manager, please recognize these three for outstanding customer service.

Today I ordered a large iced caramel cold brew. They are stepping up their game! It was the absolute best coffee I’ve ever had from dunkin like it hit so different and was so so good! The cashier was also very sweet and gave my two pups a pup cup so amazing I will forever love this place and have NEVER had any issues with them

There is a reason to order OAT or ALMOND milk for some customers. A very SERIOUS noticeable difference when you use regular milk instead of the other options.. For some its makes them very sick.

I go to this location almost everyday Mrs B is so pleasant love here! However all these NEW employees making sooo many mistakes is starting to bother me now! This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice and maple bacon. Well I get all the way to work take two bites and NO maple bacon just completely WRONG this is my 3rd time getting to work with something wrong with my order.. That is not good to pay for one thing and get something else! Not Happy at all…….
