We’ve been going to this Bruster’s for a while and every time the ice cream is delicious. We love the varieties of flavors and they always make it fresh on site. And the different seasonal flavors are always fun and delicious. The prices are also good, not that expensive. Great trip out for the family to enjoy some good ice cream. (:

Usually I love going to busters but tried to go last night and the staff made nasty comments about my mother. The one called her the B word and just gave attitude the whole time because they thought we were trying to scam them with only getting kids cups with no kids when in fact we were just trying to get 5 single scoops all different flavors in a dish and they heard wrong. And when she tried to correct them on it they got hostile and threw a coupon at us. Also got my ice cream all in a bag a mess.

We buy ice cream at the Hanover location alot and was really disappointed today. The sundae cups were only half full and already melted when handed to me. No whipped cream. And $17 for 3 hot fudge sundaes of the quality is ridiculous

Their ice cream is wonderful! Every time we visit we meet friendly Bruster guests and staff. Talk often focuses on how much we enjoy the ice cream and our favorite flavors. Sure a lot of Bruster fans and Hanover PA!
