Service was extremely slow (not the waitress’s fault). There was not enough staff to handle a Friday night crowd. The waitress was doing her best to wait tables and serve the customers efficiently.
I order a nine inch Italian sub; however, the sub was clearly not the same as it was described in the menu. The sub was definitely not nine inches long, the bun was nothing like the photo in the menu either.
I complained to the manager and she stated that the sub buns are based on the weight of the bun and never addressed the difference from the sub I was served and not the sub that is described and shown in the menu. The manager removed the sub from the bill and we only paid for the other items that we ordered. I left the sub behind and never ate it. This was not the sub that I thought I was ordering and since the sub was not being charged on the bill, it was not fair to eat something that I did not pay for.
The menu description is false and misleading. And this needs to be addressed by management and the menu revised to represent what you are purchasing and being served. I received a smaller sub and not the same bun as shown on the menu.
I have included photos of the description on the menu and the sub that was actually served. You can clearly see a big difference from the menu and what was served. You can draw your own conclusions of why this is false advertising and deceptive business practices.

The only thing that had any flavor was the pepperoni themselves. The garlic knots looked like actual scraps that have been sitting in the bottom of a bin for a week. Hawaiian literally tasted like nothing.

I think this place is a hidden gem. The bread for the subs were fresh and tasty. The all meat pizza I got was one of the best meat pizzas I have had. The meat pizza had plenty of toppings but was not greasy at all. The sausage was big tasty chunks, the ham was not over powering, and the bacon was a perfect accent. I will definitely be getting that pizza again.
Every time I am there, there is minimal wait and the servers are friendly and helpful. The dining room is clean and spacious.
Keep in mind, the parking lot can be hard to access, it enters off the alleyway behind the restaurant.

Heard about their delicious for years finally took family member when they opened up new location. Will be back and may take my staff for celebratory dinner also. Garlic bread was wonderful light and sauce that came with was sumptuous.
Highly recommend the Hawaiian pizza, theirs is the best I have ever had anywhere.

Stopped here and picked up a couple pizzas coming back from Newark in Jacksontown and Pizza was real good! Classic Central Ohio Pies! Deluxe, Pepperoni and Cheese all real tasty! Didn’t eat there but had a nice outdoor patio and plenty of room in their newer building!

I order from Michael’s Pizzeria weekly. My favorite sub is the meatball sub. It’s delicious and always hot and fresh, never disappointed with the service. Always friendly, courteous, and quick with service. Highly recommend!

Tiny wings (quarter for reference). They do go by weight instead of quantity so there is that, but they were so soggy and slimy. I had them remade and they were just as bad with just extra sauce. 2nd pic of them in my own oven under the broiler to try to make them edible. You guys used to be so solid but since the expansion, the quality just isn’t there. Hope you find it again.

I ordered a 16 inch half all meat and half pepperoni. The price was more than a whole all meat pizza. When I asked about the price the gentleman at the counter said it shouldn’t be and we will have to look into it. I was offered no explanation or discount.
