I work overnight job and I ordered pizza for my kids last night. I couldn’t believe what was delivered to my house so I called the store politely not rude or anything. Just curious to know why would I get a pizza looking like this delivered to my house what was the reason Customer service at the Oak Street location in Minneapolis with horrible. The first time I called the store. Employee hung up on me. The second time I spoke to a so-called associate manager Who offered nothing but having to come into the store to get a refund or to deal with this matter, but when I went to file a complaint online, I was offered two medium pizzas, which was fine just curious why the store associates were so mean and didn’t offer anything

The pizza here is pretty good. Now, I get pizzas from here a lot and I always select Well Done, but that only happens about 25% of the time. When you make it like the picture in this review, THAT is a beauty, and it genuinely makes my day or even week, and I’m being serious!

Crust was burnt and although the restaurant is 3 minutes away by bike, it took him 28 minutes to get here on bike after leaving the store. I could have walked there and back faster than that!!! Needless to say the pizza wasn’t even warm, let alone hot. I did report a problem on the app and got a coupon for a free pizza, but I sure won’t be getting it from here.

They brought me this botched Frankenstein that they clearly pieced together from two other pizzas, they didn’t even line up well, and with a big cleaver hole in the middle and most of the cheese missing. Waited over an hour for delivery, and when I tried to call in about it I was put on hold and hung up on, twice! This is way over any line I’m willing to put up with.

Not only does the tracker not work according to an employee, but I consistently checked my front doors throughout the TWO HOURS I waited. I called a couple different times, someone told me the driver was close. But half an hour later, no pizza. I called and the employee was extremely rude and implied it was my fault for not changing my settings to “hand it to me.” No sympathy or offer to help, avoid this location.

Went to pick up an order that was placed over the phone on 1/15/26 when I got there they said I had no order and maybe I call a different Domino’s. I told him they took my credit card number and said it went through and order would be ready in 15 minutes I pulled it up on my phone of the Domino’s I called and asked the young man if this was the dominos I was at he stated yes but then again stated I never called in an order. I did not appreciate the fact that he may as well have called me a liar!! I once again explained that yes this was the correct Donimos he questioned another worker about the order then he said I bet it was Ryan that took the order. They nicely took my order again in which I had to pay again and was told I would be refunded in 3-5 days. Well that has not happened for being charged twice. Both charges were taken out on the same day. I called and was told I need to call back they are to busy which I understand. I requested for the manager to call me back when they are not so busy. Time will tell.

Came in to pickup a carryout order, it was a $6.99 large pizza deal day so it was going to be pretty busy. I came in and looked at the tracker screen and didn’t see my name, it seemed like the order already got picked up. I asked someone named Barry about the status of my order, after looking at the screen he kind of just walked away and did nothing. I eventually asked someone named Terry about my order and he was very helpful, this lady (I never got her name, but she had brown hair, and wore gold earings) said that I likely was the order that wasn’t able to go through because a big order came in right before mine did. They said that they would remake the order. Both Terry and the lady were very helpful. And the people working were trying their hardest under a very busy time (notable people are someone who wore red glasses, someone with black hair with green tips and piercings; and someone with a goatee, along with Terry and the lady) to be honest it looked like they were understaffed!
The lady with the gold earrings was especially overworked, it seemed like she was a delivery driver but ended up taking over to help out the already overworked kitchen staff. She was manning the front/boxing up everything like mad! Props to her

It’s a fine Domino’s. Can be hit or miss, sometimes pizzas come with barely any toppings at all and other times they’re loaded. Pick up orders have been ready quick every time I’ve placed one. Not the best location I’ve been to but certainly not the worst.

I would avoid delivering from this place, especially if you come across a problem. Customer service has an attitude and they’re rude. They offer no solution to customer problems, and sound like they don’t actually like their customers. I’ve already had them mess up my order once, and when I gave it another chance my order never showed up. They said they delivered it, but I never saw it outside any of my doors. I was just confused and curious if they could offer me a solution, whether they didn’t deliver it or it was stolen outside my door, but they didn’t care to help at all. All they said was that they followed protocol and couldn’t do anything else, which I would have understood if they weren’t so rude to me. Honestly, the rudeness and the attitude felt disrespectful to me. It’s not how you treat confused customers. As you can see from the other reviews and my previous experience, they’re not very good at quality checks.

If you value your time, money, or even slightly warm food, go somewhere else. My order took over an hour and twenty minutes to arrive, and when it finally showed up, several items were missing. The food was delivered by bike, and by the time it got to me it was completely cold.
It somehow got worse when I asked them to fix it. It took another full hour for the driver to come back, and he showed up with the wrong items. At that point I just gave up.
Nothing about this experience was okay. The delivery was late, the food was cold, and the order was wrong—twice. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else.
