Ordered through the app this morning. Just an XL coffee as I do atleast 12 times a month throughout the country. Most Dunkins do a very good job! Not this one. As I grabbed my coffee, I noticed the cup was dirty. Okay, no biggie. But it’s not coffee stains, so not sure what it is. Perhaps coffee grounds from the employees hands or something? Not sure, but it’s dirty.
I always check the coffee to make sure they didn’t forget the cream (it’s happened). I noticed black specs in the coffee. So I started documenting these things as I suspect there will be grounds in the bottom of the cup. These black specs were also on the inside of the lid and the exterior of the lid was dirty. I wipe it all off, but through the lid away as soon as I reach my vehicle. I had contemplated returning it since I was sure it had grounds in it, but hate to be “that guy”, so I decided I would just be careful while drinking.
Once the coffee is consumed, it is just as suspected. A mouthful of coffee grounds in the bottom.
This is the result of poor training or employees lacking attention to detail or care. So use this Dunkin at your own risk.
Most of my experiences nationwide at other Dunkins are ZERO grounds when the cup is empty. IYKYK.

The vanilla cold brew was great, but disappointed in the bacon avocado toast. It looks and tastes different every time I come here, or anywhere else. Sometimes the bread is completely toasted, sometimes you get more bacon, and sometimes the bacon is fully cooked (at other locations). I haven’t had this in a while because it’s not cheap and it’s not always made well, but it was disappointing today.

I went through the drive-thru and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member was unfriendly, we received the wrong drink, and the food was poorly prepared — the bagel minis weren’t warmed, and the bacon, egg, and cheese was ice cold. We ended up throwing the food away. Dunkin’, please do better.

Location is good , small in size and about 15 people seating capacity , no outdoor seating capacity and no shades around the building. The time I went on weekend around 11:30 am , drive through line was about 20 cars , so we stopped inside the store to get a coffee and breakfast. Ordering was quick , but the membership or barcode scanner is out of order so had to pay through credit card (bummer , I had some amount in Dunkin app). Staff at pos was friendly but we had to wait for getting a coffee was aweful. We got our egg/cheese croissant in about 2 min. But the egg was undercooked , cheese was not cooked and it is like a cheese came out of freezer, croissant was cold . We ate what we got but after we finished we had to wait for about 15 min to get our coffee, it was kept in drive through window and we were waited without been checked. We saw later people were getting there stuff and left the place . Once checked I was been served the coffee(a lady took it from the window and gave it to us). This location needs to get trained at the high traffics time. But coffee tasted good but breakfast was very bad. Two stars was given for coffee and location.

Wasted $6 on a drink that wasn’t even right – came here for 10 years. Rather drive further to caln for better service. Asked for a cocoa mocha latte, this is what I got and they wouldn’t remake it. Lmao. What a joke. It’s basically milk. Going in the trash.

Slooooooowwwwwwww drive thru service. We were the only ones in line and ordered a large iced coffee. Wound up waiting for our drink for almost 10 minutes. Even though our drink was ready and sitting there. The woman on the pos didn’t even acknowledge us. Another staff came up to help.

Went to this location this morning and ordered an everything bagel and was told that they were out so I asked for a plain bagel and was told once again that they were out. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate with whip cream a few minutes later while sitting there a worker came to the window and said sorry we are out of whip cream. WTH is wrong with this place it’s all the time. I won’t be going back

Now sure how people are suppose to know the store is open before 6am if ALL the outside lights/menu board are never on. Also there may be an issue with the drive thru pad sensor when you pull up to the menu board nobody greets you for like 5 minutes….

Don’t understand dunkin had the best team of people there and got rid of them all now I had to go in there twice after ordering my coffee thru the drive thru just to be told there there is sugar right behind you sorry if I wanted to go in and order I would have if I did that to a customer I would be fired from my job,get the team back
