Not one complaint and it’s better than all of the wingstops in the Spring area. Both boneless and bone in wings are really good. Quick and the food tastes great. Bit of a language barrier with the person taking orders, but she was a sweetheart. Next time will do online order. Wouldn’t mind sitting to eat, but it’s set up as a quick in and out truth be told. Regardless great food great staff would visit again. FYI there’s only one bathroom for all customers.

Wings are fresh tasting and juicy unlike wingstop. Not overcooked. Good variety of sauces and they come wet. Good wings. Ask for Jonathon! He knows his stuff and will take care of you!

Wing Bay is a fantastic new spot for wing lovers! The best part? It’s halal. Everything. The variety of flavors is amazing — from classic buffalo to creative options like spicy peach and garlic parmesan. Every wing was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Spring area!

Wingbay is easily one of my favorite spots. Every time I come in, I’m excited to see Yadira at the front. She always provides great customer service and even remembers my order, which makes the experience feel really personal.

The wings are always hot and fresh. I like to challenge myself to try a new flavor each time I visit, and honestly it’s hard to pick a favorite because they’re all so good. Mardi Gras has been my go-to lately, but I’m still on a mission to find the one.

On top of that, the space is always spotless and clean, which I really appreciate. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere every time.

Ordered their wings in person once and they were pretty good. We have tried to call in a few times and they do not answer. I saw the response where the owner said during peak times they’re focused on in person guests and might miss a call. That’s understandable but they literally keep the phone off the hook. We call it rings twice and hangs up. We work overnights and would need to call in our orders, but clearly that doesn’t work.

Horrible service. i made my pickup order, got to the store, told the lady i was picking up and she asked for my name and told me 5 minutes still. I waited 30 MINUTES. people ordered in the restaurant while i waited for my food and got it before me. after 30 mins and her asking 5 times for my name again. she pulled my food off the shelf and it’s nearly cold. Tot my food 50 mins after i ordered it. That’s so unorganized. i ordered only 20 wings. That’s crazy to me.

Amazing experience. Warm and friendly greeting as I opened the door. The floors were immaculate. Nice simple menu. They let me know the food would take a little longer but was going to be fresh which I really appreciated the heads up. Came out extremely hot. I had garlic parmesan and mild bone in. Very clean, nice presentation, and good quality chicken. The restroom was spotless and smelled clean as well. The lighting and atmosphere inside was great.

Great wings! I wasn’t sure what flavors to try and Yadira was such a big help. She helped me pick some flavors and I absolutely loved them. Great place to check out!

Wingbay is quickly becoming a Houston favorite, and after my recent visit, I can see why. I stopped by their new location while in the area for work, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was great. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made the ordering process easy and welcoming.

I went with their signature Hot Pickle flavor . I got an 8-piece wings with fries and everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The wings were crispy, the flavor was bold and unique, and the Cajun-seasoned fries were the perfect match.

The dining area was clean and comfortable, with upbeat Top 40 music playing just loud enough to add energy without making it hard to talk. It felt like the kind of place you could relax for a quick lunch or hang out with friends after work.

They’re hosting their Grand Opening this weekend (Nov 1–2) with 50% off the entire menu, which makes it even more tempting to come back. Even though I don’t live nearby, the friendly service, quality food, and great atmosphere definitely make this new location worth the trip.
