Absolutely the worst costumer service experience of my life. We placed an order for delivery they said 45 min. Two hours later we tried calling and the repeatedly hung up on us. Our card had already been charged so my husband drove down there. When my husband asked about our pizza or to talk to a manager he was told “no English”. The person that took the order spoke English but he could only say no one spoke English. He finally figured out we were the order that was sitting there and handed my husband the pizza. No discount no nothing. Now we’ve been charged for cold food that’s been sitting on a shelf for two hours. Also the phones were ringing off the hook there. When the guy does answer he just puts you on hold or sets the phone down and walks away hoping you’ll hang up. Ordered three pizzas, a pasta, and some dough bites and the food was not great. The dough tasted old and the dough bites were gross. They tasted old and stale. The sauce tasted ok but not enough to save the pizzas. We threw most of the food away, and it wasn’t cheap by no means. It’s been awhile since we’ve ordered and it seems the quality has gone down quite a bit. Will not be ordering again, unfortunately.

We ordered pizzas over the phone. They said it would be ready in 25 mins so we left for a 10 min drive with 5 mi s left till our order was ready. We get there and they told us the order would be ready in about 5 mins, 25 mins later we finally got our order. The pies were luke warm and the overall of the pizza was ok. Im not sure i would go there again.

I ordered pizza and a two liter for delivery. I received the wrong order. I called the restaurant 7 times, and they hung up on me each time. This happened after I asked for the correct order be delivered to me. I never got my issue resolved. I will never go back. I’m very disappointed in their service.

Pizza is great, pasta was cold and seemed like it was cooked earlier and refrigerated. Noodles were mushy. Caesar salad had tons of black pieces and was completely wilted. Spending 50+ plus being generous leaving a tip even though we picked up is disappointing for what we got.

Rosati’s in Watertown Wisconsin was the absolute worst customer Service we’ve ever experienced.
When we called to complain about our pizza that had mushrooms on it, though we ordered it without we were told it wasn’t possible & were treated like a huge burden.
It was clear that they had no interest in making things right in any way. Multiple rude phone hangups. -with a man named “Sam”-
To make matters worse, the next day reheating leftovers, we found an unidentifiable sharp object that we thought was a mushroom, thankfully we picked it off thinking so & didn’t swallow it.
When we tried to speak to a “manager” about our experience, we were met with more excuses and dismissive behavior.
It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company, and they had no interest in addressing our issue.
I urge others to think twice before giving this company their business, as the level of customer service provided is simply unacceptable.
We fed our young kids with this pizza and to think it could’ve harmed them makes me feel so disgusted.

An hour after our food said it was delivered, and multiple contacts with their online company, our food was delivered. It was cold and the cheese started to harden. Chicken wings were getting cold and rubbery, the fries were soggy and overly seasoned with pepper. I normally love this place, but mediocre would be an overstatement. Plus side, which was the saving grace, the dough nuggets were still warm. When we called the restaurant, it was an automated answer saying they were short staffed and to place orders online.

Ordered from Rosati double dough and they again messed up the order instead of making it double dough they didn’t offer to deliver for their mistake but said they refused to credit me for their mistake but asked me to drive all way back to have them make a new one they seriously need new host. Their service has seriously decline since two years. I ordered there so I give them one star for their inconvenience asking me to drive back again and wait while they make new one when I have to leave for work i can’t they should have offer partial refund for no double dough or at least offer can we deliver to ur house so u don’t have to drive all the way back?? Nope

Great food! Pizza was great but the other dishes (Lasagna, Ravioli, etc.) were delicious options too! Service was good. Clean restaurant as well!
