I came across for a short visit to Bremen. You ever heard about „Bürgerpark“? It is like Central Park in NY, Hidepark in London or Zhongshan Park in Shanghai.
Chapeau la Vache is next to Bürgerpark with a nice opportunity to walk some steps after an awesome dinner.

The food quality is great , but unfortunately, my dish came cold as the restaurant was full and the kitchen and staff were doing their best..I advise adding more staff during peak times for efficiency.

I had heard about this restaurant a few times, and yesterday I finally went there for the first time. The place is nice and welcoming.
The service is very good, the waiters are efficient and friendly. What really bothered me was the distance between the tables, we asked for a place for 2 people, and there were two other tables occupied both on our right and left side, and they were very close to each other. It’s very unpleasant to hear all the stories of the neighbours and not have total freedom to talk to your partner. The restaurant was not that crowded so I think I would have had other options for table distribution.
Another negative point is that I ordered a Französische Limonetarte for dessert, it is a generous portion, but I found the pie a bit old, the crust had already absorbed the humidity and it wasn’t crispy anymore. I didn’t expect that from a restaurant of this level.
So those are my recommendations for improvement to the restaurant. 🙂

Fine dining experience in Bremen, in a beautiful historic building across from the Burgerpark. Bar has a comfy but still aesthetic atmosphere. Service was kind and patient, food from good quality. had a great evening.

Very nice, best restaurant i had here.
Far ahead of any others (but also paid far more than any others)
Wanted something that felt a bit like what i usualy expérience in France and i got pretty satisfied !
Went there for a late Valentine dîner, prices are high yes but service is very clean and everything was super tasty and kind of a discovery. So yeah it’s a “investment” that is worth the expérience 🙂

Beautiful old building with a lot of character. Elegant indoor ambiance and a large but cozy outdoor seating area in the back. There food was delicious.
