Very friendly on the inside, but when I got home and bit into my burger it was pretty undercooked, aswell as the fries being burnt. I got the burger for my pregnant mother, and she can’t consume beef that’s not cooked well done. I’m very disappointed, and hope things like this do not continue and provite further issues moving forward.

If it was an option for 0 stars that would fit the description of this restaurant. I called to place an order for a cheese burger when I met with silence. Looked at my phone and realize i was hung up on, called back in disbelief and was still met with attitude about them not having a cheese burger .
I requested to speak with the manager and come to find out that was the manager ! I asked for her name to make a report because I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t even wanna visit just by how i was treated with anger, disregard and disrespect from the manager over the phone.

I had an awesome experience at Five Guys! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their positive energy and friendly attitude. The service was top-notch—quick, efficient, and delivered with genuine smiles.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. Everything from the way the food was prepared to how clean and well-kept the entire restaurant was—it showed they truly care about the customer experience.

EDIT: They keep messing up my order! This is the second time that I door dashed five guys and my order was completely messed up on multiple sandwiches!! This time… One burger is missing bacon and the other is missing tomato and A1 sauce and they added pickles!! And this is the only location that is SUPER STINGY with the french fries!!! Every other five guys I have been to gives extra french fries!! Why do I have to live next to the horrible five guys!!!

Ok. So its my first visit. Im allergic to gluten so i cant have bread. They told me they can wrap a burger in lettuce or they can put it in a bowl. I got the bowl. I also ordered my husband 2 of the biggest burgers in the world and i brought it all home. OH MY GOD!!! I can not say enough about the cajun fries!!! I dont know if i was supposed to have them….but i did! Sweet angels in heaven put their foot in those fries!!! The burger was basically a burger in a bowl with salad, but my husbands burgers were HUGE! A large fry, a small fry, 2 HUGE burgers and a 3rd burger in a bowl, and 2 large drinks was $46. A little pricey, i know. I could have spent less at burger king for the same thing. BUT THOSE FRIES MADE IT ALMOST WORTH IT (a large fry is $7-see photo). I will only go back for the fries im sorry to say, but the staff was very friendly and gave me exactly what i wanted.

We came when they were receiving a delivery close to 30 mins after opening. According to our receipt, we were first that day. More people kept coming in after that. Everyone there worked fast to get orders out. Restaurant was clean. I ate brunch and only wanted a chocolate milkshake and fries. So far, it’s the chocolate flavor I enjoy in a milkshake. Fries were fine as other Five Guys. Husband’s burger looked good and he enjoyed it. Will be back to try a burger as well.

The employees here were super nice . The cook was really cooking with love, some of the best 5 guys I’ve had. The place was clean and could actually boast a A sanitation grade, which if you been to other fast food places in hinesville you don’t see all that often. 100% recommended
