This is the best restaurant ever. The food and atmosphere is excellent. Whenever we travel we always look at the reviews Big Tae Eats from Tik Tok. He gave Bim Bam a high score and I also agree with him. Y’all should try the chicken fries they are the delicious. I’m very big on customer service and each person working there has a positive attitude. I will definitely be back again.

This place is awesome. I watched Big Tae review. & he was exactly right . The food excellent, customer service off the chain ( Greeted when we walked in along with EVERY CUSTOMER WHILE WE WERE THERE), extremely clean business. An all around great experience. I definitely knew it was a all around great place because it’s Firefighter approved.

I do not live around here, but was in town and hungry, and the smells from this local joint were great. I had the bim burger with onion rings and it was delicious! The burger was just enough for me, with a nice thick slice of tomato. I added cheddar and grilled onions and it was on point. The onion rings had a good onion to batter ratio, and the batter wasn’t too thick or bready. I definitely recommend this eatery!

The food is amazing, everytime we have come. And during this ice storm we’re cutting in and out of power, still making orders and making sure all guests were satisfied and comfortable. They always communicate thoroughly. This is a very well run establishment all around.

Well, I must say this was a good place to grab a burger. Our server, Izzy, was excellent. She provided great customer service and was smiling each time she came to the table. I hope y’all are paying her a good wage, because she deserves it. The restaurant was clean and decorated with Ole Miss decor. We both had the Bim Bam burger. It was great. A true half pound burger. I would have liked a little more fire marks on it, but overall it was a great burger. The fries were hot and fresh. You can choose spicy fries or crinkle cut. We opted for the spicey. They were decent. I prefer fresh cut fries, and these were clearly frozen fries. The two burgers, fries, and drinks ran us $36. I did think this was a bit much for frozen fries, but the service made up for it. Check them out sometime if you are in Oxford, and great job Izzy! I rarely meet smiling faces in the food industry.

We went in around 1. It was us and one other table. There is a sign that states they are not a fast food restaurant & to please be patient. My only complaint would’ve been a worker hanging out the kitchen window on the phone. From someone with service experience, there’s always something to clean/wipe in the kitchen. It’s also good to not have customers seeing you on the phone or standing around. Otherwise, we really liked our food. The Philly fries were good! We’d go back if we want a burger in Oxford.

I have given this place WAY TO MANY chances. I will never be back. They cannot get your order right ever. I’ve been 6 different times in the last 3-4 months and my order is WRONG every single time. And the lady gets an attitude every time I say this is NOT what I asked for. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make what is asked. This place is a joke. They obviously do not care about returning customers because you would think after the 3rd time they get the SAME order wrong, but I guess not:) Anyway, I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get your order wrong every time you ask for it. And on top of that you pay an expensive amount to want your order correct and it comes out wrong and you have to wait for them to remake it. Just annoying. The one waitress is so rude about it too so don’t try to get your order you asked for.

TL;DR: Food prep is a little slow and all the food is decent, but you’re doing yourself a favor if you order the wings.
We started our order with a Bim Bam Sampler. Mine included boneless wings, fried pickles and a Bam Roll (Philly Cheesesteak in an egg roll). Bam roll was ok, fried pickles were up to par, but the wings were amazing. I tried the Honey BBQ since I was sharing them with my wife and daughter (they think jalapeños are ).
My wife had a Jalapeño Cheddar Burger. It was absolutely loaded with jalapeños. It was ok, but didn’t live up to the bar set by the wings.
My daughter had a Breakfast Burger I got a single bite of and it was wonderful.
Overall service was excellent, but it took a long time to get our food. It seems like everything is cooked to order and if they get slammed it grinds to a halt due to the size of the kitchen. And they were pushing out pickup orders like crazy when we arrived.
I wouldn’t say this is a “Must Eat” but it’s definitely worth a visit and an excellent place to pick up boneless wings ..
