I’ve been to Starbucks locations all over Connecticut, and I can confidently say this one is hands down the best when it comes to service. I’m a pretty tough critic, but every single time I come here I’m greeted with genuine kindness, warm smiles, and such positive energy. You can truly tell the staff care about people, not just about getting drinks out quickly.
I’ve interacted with multiple team members on different days, and every one of them has been consistently kind, welcoming, and patient. There have honestly been days where that simple human kindness meant more than they probably realize, and it never goes unnoticed.
Thank you to this amazing team for creating such a warm and uplifting environment. It makes a real difference, and it’s the reason this location is my number one.

The WiFi is horrible!! Unfortunately, some employees feel it necessary to jam the WiFi if the feel a customer frequents the shop to use the WiFi per a fellow coffee drinker and WiFi user (a little conspiracy theory ish ). Sad, to hear this info.

Second time having issues with my order. The first time they made my London fog with with regular milk and I had a horrible experience with my lactose intolerance after. This time my chai latte tasted like water, artificial sweetener, and sadness. Barely any oatmilk flavor to speak of. Will not be coming back to this Starbucks, there’s plenty better ones elsewhere nearby.

I try to avoid this Starbucks and sometimes go across town because every time I come into this one it’s a mess and nasty behind the counter and the customer service definitely needs to be approved on. As a serve, seafood protection manager myself, I don’t know how this store passes inspection

Ordered 2 bacon, qouda, egg sandwiches with a pikes peak coffee today. Coffee was decent.
Sandwiches are not. Didn’t know you could slice bacon that thin. You basically get a half of a slice of bacon on your sandwich .
At 6 bucks a sandwich…don’t go. Support your local mom / pop shop and get a totally better sandwich.

Verify disappointment in this Service got a drink morning before work and come to find this metal rod probly a mixer in my drink! This was just highly dangerous and unsanitary! choking hazard then to bring this up to their knowledge to say they don’t have any missing making it seem like it was my fault this happened! It’s was ridiculous the negligence how do you not noticed this falling into the cup!?

My girl Kitty comes here everyday and she can’t say enough good things about the staff. I was going to recognize them by name because she always mentions how great everyone is, but I’m afraid I might forget a name and offend someone.

I love this Starbucks location. The baristas are nice and I love the way they make my drinks. But today I ordered a drink on the app and I never received it. The baristas were making other drinks except mine. I was sitting there waiting for a while. My mom came in to see what was taking so long. We came back and I didn’t see my drink being made. So we ended up leaving. I wasn’t happy with that at all because I’ve never ever had any issues getting drinks at this Starbucks location before. I called Starbucks customer service and they ended up refunding me my money on my card. I really hope that this doesn’t happen again.
