Absolutely horrible customer service spend 20 dollars and then have to pay 27 cent for ice as I’m standing there still waiting on food that took forever and seeing as they don’t wear name tags I don’t know if it was the manager or not but she was absolutely horrible she was extremely rude and shouldn’t have said what she said. Wish it would let me do less than one star. Save your money and find a local coffee joint that Dunkin was a joke

Got a free donut with my coffee from doing a survey. The donut was delicious! The coffee did not taste like it usually does. I had an iced caramel macchiato but it didn’t seem like they mixed it correctly. It wasn’t bad…it just wasn’t their usual greatness.

Went to this location yesterday…haven’t been to Dunkin in quite a while, except out of state. Not impressed with service and consistency of drinks. Well, “April” at this location was over the top amazing and won me over, I thought she deserved this review, I will be back!! Thanks April, you are a real “bonus” to Pine Forest Dunkin!! The people working here absolutely rude I was ordering through the drive thru Some ham sandwiches and when I pull up to the first window she tells me your total is $7. And I told her how many sandwiches did you put me? She said one and I told her 7 sandwiches then she said you have to join the line again… Really rude people do not recommend this place at all

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The lady that took my order through the drive thru was very rude. The doughnuts were by far the worst doughnuts I’ve ever had. I ended up eating half of one and throwing the rest away. Pensacola is too big of town with too many options for bad service like this. Continued service like this will have this place shut down fast!
