We ordered shakes. They were not thick shakes at all. Very runny. They just put milk and ice cream and blended it. Too much milk and not enough ice cream. We were very dissapointed. This was our first time there.

Very good ice cream, a ton of variety. They also make snack foods like nachos and street corn, Boba, milk shakes, fruit water, etc. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Just got an ice cream here. They have so many options, both in ice cream flavors and in the cones and bowls! I got one scoop of the Gansito flavored ice cream, which has sprinkles already in it! It was also HUGE for one scoop! The lady behind the counter was so nice too, she let me try a sample and let me look around before I ordered. I’ll definitely bring my family here some time. Gotta fill out my new punch card after all, lol. Maybe when it isn’t sprinkly outside we can sit on those cute pastel benches!

I visited the Ice Cream Place a few times not too long ago and it left me blown away! Honestly, it was probably the best popsicles I had ever had. Their strawberry cheesecake ice cream was my favorite and they had such a variety of selections. I tried a Gansito one and it was so flavor and original. I never knew that someone could replicate a childhood memory into a dessert. They have nachos and other snacks as well and it was such a lovely, homey atmosphere. I remember having a hard time when I was visiting Illinois but just going in for some ice cream and actually speaking with the owners would change my whole day around. This was about two months ago and the atmosphere, the speaking with the owners, the happy vibes I experienced there still have an effect to me on this day! I think one of the owner’s name was Mr. Gomez or Perez? I can’t remember but he was interesting, sassy in a funny way, and it really felt like he cared about my situation. I think every time I visit Chicago, I’ll make sure to go out of my way, a one hour drive into the suburbs just to grab some ice cream, maybe a pop, and hopefully get the chance to speak with management again! Loved it 14/10

I was craving some Italian ice and I saw they had it on the menu so I had to come and try it. I had the lime flavored and the mango flavored Italian ice and it was very good. Obviously every place has their style of making certain things and I enjoyed this shops spin on Italian ice. I also was impressed by the service and kindness of the workers. Keep it up!

The freezers must have gone out during the night or something because all the icecream we ordered was freezer burned so bad- it tasted horrible. The employee was very nice though! And the atmosphere was lovely. But throw out the freezer burned ice cream frl.
