A hidden gem!! Beautiful location, amazing hospitality. As soon as we got there we were greeted with a drink from the bar. The experience wasn’t rushed at all and the view is breathtaking. Everything we tasted was delicious but the deserts were another level of perfection! All the cocktails 100/10, shout out to Tony ! He’s such a gem !! We asked for a list of places to visit after saga since we wanted to experience night life in NYC and the server came through with a list of recommendations.

Overall we had the best experience at Saga and will be back next time we are in NYC

Saga offers an unforgettable dining experience. The seasonal tasting menu was beautifully curated, with each course thoughtfully presented and full of bold yet refined flavors.

The service was exceptional — attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced throughout the evening.

The atmosphere feels elegant and intimate, with stunning panoramic views that truly elevate the entire experience high above the Financial District and New York City skyline.

Saga is a remarkable top tier 2 star Michelin rated restaurant that is big on flavor & views. Perched high on the 63rd floor, this incredible restaurant wows with its tasters menu & spectacular 360 degree views of NYC! We had the honor of meeting the man behind the creations, Chef Charlie Mitchell. What a class act! Our dishes were awesome, our server was great, the views were spectacular and our evening was a memory we will not forget. We highly recommend Saga NYC!

Come here for a special occasion. The service is exceptional—from the booking process through arrival. I fell in love with the entire dining experience: perfectly paced courses and perfectly sized portions. The views were spectacular as well.

Thank you Saga for a memorable and truly special night.

Everything was exceptional—the food, service, and ambience. This is one of the few restaurants I’ve visited where I couldn’t find a single thing to criticize. The only minor thing to note was the madai tempura course, which was a bit too hot. I had to take it out after trying to eat just one bite. Shoutout to every server that day; they truly went out of their way to make my birthday special. Every course was carefully described, beautifully presented, and creative. I was especially impressed by the fluke and sawara courses—both were exceptionally well executed. Other favorites included the venison, the tea course, and the dessert course.

I was lucky enough to able to dine at SAGA and loved it. The ambiance, the views, the dishes were all amazing. I’m not any kind of food critic but am enjoying my journey trying amazing dishes backed by innovative culinary skill and talent being able to express their voice. I suck and forgot to charge my phone so I missed a good chunk of photos of amazing dishes. Will be back with friends again, what a view from the balcony. The welcome cocktail with Jasmine was wonderful and refreshing. The Barolo I had was amazing.

Calling Saga a hidden treasure in the sky is truly an understatement. This 2-Michelin-star gem in the Financial District delivers an experience so exceptional, I’m convinced it’s ready for its third. From start to finish, the evening was a masterclass in culinary excellence and impeccable hospitality.
The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each of the ten courses showcased remarkable technique, thoughtful composition, and flavors that linger long after the plates were cleared. The venison with truffle, prepared with meticulous care and layered with rich flavors, easily secured its place as one of the most memorable dishes I’ve ever had, definitely a top-five “I’d come back just for this” moment.
Service at Saga is prestige in its purest form. Sebastian, our main guide through the evening, elevated the entire experience. His passion, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge brought each dish to life, making every bite feel even more meaningful.
To close the night, their Moroccan tea blend was absolutely perfect, the fragrant, soothing, and beautifully balanced tea, that I genuinely wished they sold it so I could enjoy it at home. It was the ideal finale to a flawless tasting menu.
Saga is more than a restaurant; it’s an experience on the 63rd floor overlooking the Big Apple. I strongly recommend this place.

Saga is a gorgeous restaurant with truly exceptional service. The space is stunning, and the staff delivers the kind of warm, confident hospitality you expect at this level. The explanations of each dish were clear and thoughtful, which isn’t always the case at fine-dining spots.

The food, though, didn’t quite match the rest of the experience. We had the tasting menu, and course after course leaned heavily on fish. After a while it all blended together and felt repetitive. The venison was the one break from that, but it was far too chewy to enjoy. Dessert ended up being the standout dish of the entire night, which says something.

Everything around the food was excellent, but the food itself wasn’t at the caliber you expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Still, the service and atmosphere make it worth a visit.

The terraces and views are amazing. The food was good but was not as good as expected for a 2 stars Michelin. Staff was nice. The quality / price is not reached. A little bit disappointed for this price. Coran shy on the floor level is a way better quality / price.

I recently dined at Saga and had a mixed experience. There’s no denying that the restaurant has incredible views, a stunning space, and a very polished service team. The setting itself is truly beautiful and theatrical.
That said, the food didn’t live up to the hype or the price point for me personally. Several dishes felt more focused on presentation than actual flavor, and overall the menu lacked the depth and balance I’d expect at nearly $300 per person (before wine, tax, and gratuity).
It was also disappointing to be served a “Late Summer” pre-fixe menu in the middle of October. For a restaurant of this level, I expected the menu to reflect the season more thoughtfully — especially when the price and reputation set such high expectations.
I can appreciate the ambition behind the concept, but it simply wasn’t the right fit for my palate or sense of value. A nice experience overall, but not one I’d rush to repeat at this price.
