With more space for dining in and easy takeout, it’s such a pleasant experience.
O, Pizza is delicious as always.
Pizza Plus is one of those Lakewood institutions where you tell yourself, “I’m just stopping in for a quick slice,” and next thing you know you’re walking out with a slice, a pretzel, a falafel, and somehow a drink you didn’t plan on buying. It’s like the place has its own yetzer hara—but in the nicest, most kosher way possible.
First of all, the vibe is super casual and easy. You walk in, you’re greeted with that classic pizza-shop energy—busy, loud, a little chaotic, but in a heimish way. You’ve got people running in between errands, bochurim grabbing a bite, and locals who clearly know the menu better than they know their own passwords.
The food:
The pizza is solid and satisfying—cheesy, hot, and exactly what you want when you’re hungry and don’t have time for shailos and cheshbonos. It’s the kind of slice that holds you down and doesn’t make you feel like you just ate “air with tomato sauce.” And if you’re in the mood to switch it up, they’ve got other stuff too—pretzels, falafel, and even gluten-free options for whoever is trying to be healthy while still living in reality.
Why it works:
Quick, convenient, and reliable
Great for takeout or a fast sit-down
Lots of options beyond just pizza
Perfect “grab something and keep moving” Lakewood spot
Bottom line: Pizza Plus is a classic for a reason. Whether you’re coming in for a quick lunch, feeding the mishpacha, or just need something comforting after a long day—this place delivers. Just don’t tell yourself “one slice.” That’s not how Pizza Plus works.
Pizza Plus fit the bill, very quick, courteous and efficient service, very nice people who helped us out.
We just had pizza, but they have other things on the menu, which also looked good.
I had a regular slice, which was ok, the dough a bit bland, but pretty good. In addition we ordered a Gluten Free pizza (my wife has Celiac) and it was good (I tasted!)
Highly recommended if you are in the area!
