I’ve never been in, so I have no clue what the dining room is like, hence the one star. But for YEARS I avoided going here bc of how sketchy it looked. But the drive through is never dead. I finally went and got the hibachi noodles, chicken, with zucchini and onions. OH MY WORD. I have NEVER had food in my car that smelled so good…. I was literally drooling. I had a 15 minute drive home and the food was still piping hot. And there was SO much food. Def worth $17.

The only thing I didn’t like was I paid for extra yum yum sauce and didn’t get it so I was kinda pissed off about that but other them that I really Love there food and the menu prices are great for the amount of food u get I got the Hibachi chicken and shrimp combo and got plenty of chicken and shrimp!!!!! I never really liked goin too Hibachi until my daughter and Mom was like oh’ it really good so the first place I ate at was oka then I tried it for a second time and it was really good them my brothers girlfriend took me here and OMG I FELL IN LOVE So I took my mom here twice now and even she loves there food!!!! So thank u Sakura Hibachi Express for all that u do and I recommend everyone tries it!!!!!

I usually like eating here. I got it delivered to me instead of going there because I was busy working so I couldn’t see how the atmosphere is now, but I can’t tell you I thought the food was great but I have gotten the worst and excruciating pain from their food, Contamination matters, and I should not be getting food that will give me Food poisoning I have been sick for 24 hours just because I ate your food I am in pain Four of those hours I wasn’t even able to move off of the toilet with a barf bag right in front of me!!!! If you are using change your gloves!!!!

We used to eat here all of the time. The past couple of times, it’s not been good. Last night, we ordered the hibachi steak and added zucchini and onions, same thing we always get. The rice was undercooked, the mushrooms were still white, again undercooked, Onions not cooked, and the steak was very bland. This is about a $15 meal. So I called and talked to the manager. I explained the situation and the manager said to bring in the ticket another day and they would replace the food. So I went there tonight for dinner since we literally just had to throw it away last night and there was a female manager there that said that she wouldn’t charge me for the onions and the zucchini add-on, but that I would have to pay for the rest of it. I thought maybe she didn’t understand the situation and that I had spoken with one of the managers already , but she did understand and that was her final determination. I don’t know if it’s new ownership our new management but something has definitely changed for the worse. I will say that they typically have the same person working the drive-through, and the guy is so unbelievably nice, even with the ridiculous situation tonight, he was very nice, but with all the other places where you can get hibachi steak, just call it in ahead of time and order somewhere else. The price is about the same, just about anywhere you go. I definitely won’t be eating there again.

A solid, consistent place to eat for years. As quick as any fast food place, but way healthier food and around the same price. The food has been always the same…excellent. We eat here more than any place in town. It could use a remodel…one day. Don’t like the dreary can’t-see-out windows.

It’s one of my favorite places in town to eat. If it wasn’t so expensive I’d eat there more often. But at least the quality matches the prices. Shrimp sauce is so good
