The woman slicing today, Anne, was extremely rude!! She kept talking over me when I was trying to order, very short and snippy. The customer behind me was trying to ask Anne a question and Anne kept asking what bread over and over. The customer kept saying she had a question first. Someone else came over to help answer the question because Anne was not! Ridiculous attitude!

This was my first time coming by recommendation from my brother I came in at about 12:40 On July 6th and there was a line to the door so I waited in line until about 12:55 to place my order. After I placed an order for a steak and cheese they sent the order in the back to be made I paid and went and sat down to wait for my food. As I waited I ate an amazing chocolate chip cookie until they brought out a sandwich at about 1:09 the sandwich was a grilled chicken which I told them quickly was not what I ordered and the guy quickly apologized gave me that one for free and went and remade me a new one that came out at 1:18

Went through the line and ordered a large sandwich. When I got to the checkout, i found out they were having issues and didn’t accept gift cards. They were really nice about it, and gave me a few tips on how to avoid this issue in the future. Sandwich was really good too.

I just had a terrible experience at this store. I made the mistake of ordering two 8 inch italians- made completely differently and I go to pay for it and shandi or whomever was working the register hands me one drink cup. I tell her that I’m going to need my other drink cup and she gaslights me and tells me that she is just running it how it was ordered. That is NOT how I ordered it. I asked for my second cup again and she was very rude to me telling me that she would get my second cup but that she was “trying to take my payment right now.”
You finally did it goodcents. I won’t be coming back. Absolutely pathetic.
