I placed an online order directly through the Chicken Salad Chick website, which was then referred out to Skipcart for delivery. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable.
The delivery took over an hour, and half of my order was missing. I called the store twice and was told both times that I would receive a call back. That never happened. Neither the restaurant nor Skipcart followed up.
Because of the lack of response, I was forced to submit a ticket through Skipcart and was informed it would take 3–5 days for review, despite this being a straightforward issue involving missing food.
There was no clear communication during checkout that my order would be handled by a third-party delivery service. I assumed the $20 delivery fee was charged by the restaurant for delivery. Had that been clearly stated, I would have chosen another option such as Uber Eats, which would have been free.
Between the excessive wait time, missing items, lack of communication, and zero accountability, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I will not be ordering online from this location again.

I usually go Lady Lake location, but I was super surprised that everything tasted exactly the same here. My dads first time trying and he loved it. Hannah was awesome.
The mini cookies are my favorite part. Jalapeño Holly chicken salad is my favorite one. Usually get the scoop w crackers. So good. One of my biggest pregnancy cravings lately lol

Love chicken Salad Chick. We actually drive 10” miles round trip to get their chicken and egg salads to go. I think that they have 8-10 different types of chicken salad. All delicious try their delicious desserts as well. Their in house sandwiches look really good. Haven’t tried them yet, because we always get there to go salads. If you’re a fan of chicken and/or egg salads, you’ve got to check these restaurants out. Highly recommend.

Ordered at drive thru, attendant seemed to take a long time with my credit card. Later realized I was charged twice for the same (1) order. Verified with my cc company, attempted to get it cleared with CSC but Jack claimed “he could only see one charge and they couldn’t do anything on their side”. Didn’t seem to own up to their mistake or really care. Stinks the customer has to deal with fixing their mistake. Crappy first impression = my last visit.

Love it here! If you love Chicken salad, this is your place. So many choices. My favorite changes each visit. The staff sets the bar high on service and cleanliness. I notice the managers are right there on the line, at the register, running food and being visible in the dining area. Can’t wait till next time.

My husband and I have been wanting to stop and try CSC for a long time, yesterday we finally were able to! We were greeted by Chelsie and she was very friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process. We both ordered the BLT sandwich, with different chicken salad scoops. We were both so pleased with our choices, they were delicious! The only issue is we wish the sandwiches were bigger! I got the tomato bisque and it was amazing! My husband got the pasta salad and it was also great! It was a cute and inviting dining room, the drink selection was also very good and had many options. We will definitely be returning!

Upon entering the establishment it is very nice and fresh looking. The lady behind the counter explained the menu board and how to pick our sandwich combo. I ordered a Fruity Fran with a side of Mac n cheese. Presentation is fabulous. The little cookie was a pleasant surprise. My sandwich was dry and flavorless. The croissant was not a true flaky buttery croissant. Instead it had the texture of white bread and tasted like white bread. It might have been better if it could be toasted but I was informed they can not toast them. The chicken salad had no flavor. Even the pineapple had mild flavoring. I had no pieces of apple or grapes. The mac n cheese was hot but a tad dry and no flavor. It might be better to have a base chicken salad and then allow the customer to choose their items and create a salad they are craving? To have some rye bread, sourdough or pumpernickel? A few spices like garlic, celery salt and tarragon? I admire a small business that takes the initiative in todays market. Ack the cookie has a bio engineered ingredient????

Food was alright, terrible portion sizes. Waited 10 minutes in the online pickup section for none of the staff even during downtime to ask for our order. Had to ask ourselves and general manager gave disgusted look saying “I didn’t know what you were waiting on that long”. Also got our order wrong, terrible experience overall. Use your fun food money elsewhere for better service and food portions.
