This is the nicest Marco’s Pizza I’ve ever been in! It has three booths, four four-tops and two six-tops there were even a few tables outside.Service was excellent and the pizza was fantastic. I loved the pie screens hanging on the wall for a size reference. The store was really clean as well.

There was one guy doing it all, taking orders and preparing the food. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived there were 6 people ahead of me. We waited 10 minutes for service because he was preparing other customer and online orders. The employee was very friendly and doing the best he could considering the situation. I feel you should always have 2 employees working for safety reasons.

Placed an order Online and the time estimate was 45 minutes. After an hour I call and it just has me waiting in que. After 10 minutes I hang up and call back, a girl answers the phone and immediately asks me to hold, I tell her that I’m just calling to check on an order and without any information, she tells me it’s leaving shortly? I ask her if she can check as she doesn’t even have my name. She again tells me to hold and I’ve been on hold now again for 10 minutes. It’s been almost 90 minutes now since I placed my order, which would have been fine if I knew it would’ve been that long because I would have went somewhere else. Now my card is charged and I have no idea if or when our pizza is arriving. Based on the stellar customer service, I won’t ever use this location ever again, which is sad because I really like Marcos Pizza.

I ordered a pizza the delivery driver called to see what store it was going to be delivered to. She was very rude said I had to wait more time because she was already back at the store . She never actually delivered my pizza had to wait for 2 hours I called the store and requested a refund . Have already dealt with this delivery driver in the past and she is very rude .

Pizza is normally very good. In this case…We ordered delivery and they let us know that it would take about hour. 2 hours later and a Luke warm pizza made everyone mad and very irritable. You’re better off picking it up yourself and don’t order around dinner time.

My family ate here April 26 they were open pretty late. My pizza was hot and DEFINITELY tasted above average. The bathrooms and lobby were really clean, cool vibe music was playing.For it to be 10 at night they don’t look tired at all, I saw all smiling faces. I wrote this review because my wife and I run a restaurant and we were genuinely Impressed with our pizza and service .Keep it up Marcos Miramar
