I am more than irritated right now… livid is an understatement…. I showed up tonight at 4:43 pm ordered 3 shakes through the app and we told the app what stall we are in it failed so we pushed the button to let them know we were there no one responded for 25 minutes!!! We asked if they had our order it was a man he said yes we do! Super polite.. but then we waited another 10 minutes and watched everyone that came way after us get their order so we stopped one of them and asked why we haven’t received our shakes in 35 minutes. She knew exactly what shakes we were talking about walked in and grabbed 3 very soupy liquid shakes. I am just so angry and frustrated idk that I will ever come back… that was ridiculous!

Ordered 50 bucks worth of food on the mobile app. Got there, checked in, sat for 40 minutes – stopped a carhop to ask about my order, she went in to check, and then brought my drinks out and went to go back inside – I had to ask about my food again.

We stopped here while passing through. The food was pretty good compared to the food at the Sonic in our state. The car hop was not prepared. We asked for a packet of salt and 6 packets of ketchup, and he only had 3 ketchups. Took a few minutes for the other ketchup and salt. If you are serving fries and rings, be prepared to have salt, ketchup, and extra napkins when you bring out food.

I came to the sonic on Iowa Street in Lawrence and I must say that this is the best experience I’ve had at one. The food was great, the service and atmosphere was even better. Everyone was hustling to get out food but was also very polite and didn’t rush with the customers. Thank you!

I placed a mobile order and checked into stall #12. (Hiawatha, KS) The stall said that someone was on their way with my food and then I sat for five minutes and nobody came. I pressed the red button to let them know and they sent the girl out (who I had previously worked with at another job and she constantly messed up orders). She gave me the wrong food, so I went back. I told them what happened, they went to remake my food but didn’t entirely listen to what I told them the order was. I sat for another 10 minutes and they came out with another order. The manager offered me a free drink, and I accepted. However, the second order was wrong as well. They were slightly busy, but it doesn’t seem as though this store is good under pressure.

Went to Hiawatha Sonic today, admittedly with not the highest expectations based on experiences from a year or two ago. Immediately Frank changed my expectations when he took my order in a very professional manner. Then he made me the best breakfast burrito I have ever had at a Sonic. I ordered a ultimate meat burrito with extra cheese, it was fresh, hot and rolled properly. They even put salsa, ketchup and napkins in the bag. The lady who brought it to my vehicle was very nice as well. I don’t leave a review often but I feel like the crew working this morning deserves a little credit for a great job this morning. Thanks for the good start to my day.
