China Blue is such a hidden gem. I can’t believe they’ve been open three years and we’re just now finding it.
The soup dumplings are the star. Thin wrappers, juicy filling, and that rich broth that bursts when you bite in. In DFW, where Din Tai Fung isn’t even an option, this absolutely fills the craving without the ridiculous price tag.
The crispy pork with green beans is a must. Perfectly crisp pork, blistered green beans, and so much flavor. The cucumber salad is fresh, garlicky, slightly spicy, and the perfect balance to everything else.
Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Great portions, amazing flavor, and incredible value. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Chinese food!, out of our table of 8 EVERYONE loved this restaurant, the soup dumplings and the bao buns were amazing!
For dinner we had: Spicy house beef, Szechuan beef, walnut shrimp, sweet and sour fish, sesame chicken, king pao shrimp, and fried rice… all completely delicious.
We also had the egg drop soup, and the hot and sour soup, the hot and sour was different than what I’ve had anywhere before but worth going there just for it, it was that good.
We all loved the food and service, can’t wait to got back.

What a hidden gem! Hot and sour soup was hotter and much better than most! Soup dumplings were excellent. Chicken and beef dishes were all tender and fresh. Portions were HUGE and the Salt & Pepper fish made my day!

I love the authentic flavors at this restaurant. The dishes taste like they stay true to traditional northeastern style Chinese cooking. Ingredients are fresh, and the seasoning is quite good without being too oily.
The menu offers a good variety, and two times I’ve tried so far has been consistent in quality. It’s a solid choice for homemade Chinese food as a comfort for homesickness.

China Blue is located in a super convenient, busy plaza where you can find everything from groceries to bubble tea to salons. There’s always plenty of easy parking, which makes it a stress-free place to stop by for lunch or dinner.
The food here is consistently amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I’ve tried several dishes on the menu, and everything has been great, but the Guo Bao Pork is hands-down my favorite. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the sauce is just perfect.
The service is also top-notch. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and always happy to offer recommendations if you’re not sure what to try.

Nice decorations restaurant but the food were pretty sweet for walnut shrimp and orange chicken. The beef flat noodles not flavorful enough, soup dumplings and crispy soft shell crab were very good! (As usual forget to take pictures before eating )

This is a decent restaurant with good service. I was a bit confused by the menu though because they had everything translated in Chinese and English but were serving in English only…that’s just a minor comment .
The atmosphere was great and the food was decent. We ordered fried Bao, Guo Bao Pork, eggplant with fried pork and the Taiwan Fried Chicken thigh. All of the cuisines were good except the Taiwan Fried Chicken thigh. That one was simply blandish. Otherwise the rest were great

OMG, I have a wonderful and impressive birthday experience here and I love China Blue so much!!! They always provide us great food and service. I got the complimentary desserts today. The birthday candle is interesting and I could take it home. Servers were excellent. They sang birthday song for us together. Definitely I will come back!!
