I was excited to treat my kiddos to Bo And Vine. They are a little on the spendy side but I was willing to pay for good food. I was disappointed to see my food burnt. I noticed my little family were the only ones with continued problems. I spoke to the hostess and she was so sweet. I asked to talk to the manager and apparently he was the cook. He turned around and said refund or we’ll recook it with acknowledging me. He did walk to the counter to talk to me. He didn’t apologize. He didn’t care. My son asked if he were treated poorly due to our color. He didn’t take accountability for the quality of the food. My littlest are autistic and they wouldn’t touch it. Ymmv

If you are looking for the best hamburgers this is the place you need to go, not only are made freshly but also they are delicious and big, I NOT a big fan of hamburger but on this place I easily eat one and not complaining. This is the only place I will eat a hamburger .
I took my Boys and they loved it. My youngest wanted to go back again on the next day . Really BEST hamburger on Salem OR.
And the chipotle mayo my God i love it

Great choice for the evening. Hungry and coming back from the ducks game craving a good burger. This hit the spot and is not too far off the highway for convenience! The small fries portion was generous and were plenty for 2 people to share. Both my partner and I are impressed and so glad we stopped in!

The other things that stood out was the creativity with the shakes and menu items. Totally worth stopping in!

Honestly this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my entire life. I definitely recommend stopping by if you have the time. I got the Willamette with house tots. I love that you can pick your own sauces!

This burger place has a nice assortment of burgers to choose from as well as an amazing array of choices to make your own special masterpiece concoction. The flavor of the meat as well as the freshness of the toppings are a very well appreciated. Also a large assortment of different sauces are available to put on your burger or use as dipping sauces for your fresh cut fries. When was the garlic aioli and another one was a barbecue sauce that was made with wine. They were really good. I also have a good assortment of beers on tap as well as a couple of good ciders. Burger prices range from about $11 to $18 or more depending on your customizations to make your masterpiece. The atmosphere is fairly loud with hard floors and hard seeding and nothing really to absorb sound. Also I didn’t see any servers coming out to clear tables or ask you if you need anything else so you’ll have to clean your own table and go to the counter to make your orders each time. They have a nice size banquet type room off to the side for large parties which is a big plus for the community. We will definitely return because the choice is huge.

If you’re ever in Salem, go to Bo & Vine… and take me with you!! Even an hour before closing, everyone was wonderful. The house made tots are delicious and little man said it was the best chicken strips he’s ever had… and that’s a big deal. I can’t ever remember him eating his entire dinner at a restaurant before… ever. Get *The Pear*. It’s a citrus pear milkshake, and it is astounding. The iced tea and lemonade are good as well.

We went last week. My family was excited to try the new location, but no one was at the front counter for a while. It wasn’t busy (around 11am). There was a younger woman that helped us and apologized for not seeing us. It wasn’t a big deal. It just didn’t feel like a restaurant. The price is for a nice place, but service is similar to in and out. You get your own food and such. It’s not the end of the world, but for $25-35 a person it just wasn’t worth it. The cooks were very nice and helped me find things my kids weren’t allergic to. I like the potatoes and the sauces. The burgers just are not worth the price. The atmosphere reminded me of the new Burger King layout. Very grey and felt like a fast food place. You bus your own tables too. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the bathroom was very nice. It’s clean and I loved how each stall had its own door similar to a family bathroom.

I came to pick up our on line order and the lady grilling all of the burgers had long blonde hair not up in a pony tail, hair net or hat. It was just hanging in her face as she was cooking. I’m pretty sure this is against health code. Pretty gross
