This is the BEST dominos pizza (or any take out pizza) I have had in a loooong time.
I got the $9.99 deal w/pan crust, tomatoes, extra cheese, olives, spinach, green peppers and mushrooms.

Ordered pizza around 8:30, it finally showed up at 10. Great, now I have a cold pizza. On top of that, the delivery guy said they were out of Diet Coke so he brought regular. I understand things happen, but why is it that no one at this store picks up the phone to let me know delivery is going to be delayed and they don’t have the products I ordered in stock? Don’t just take my money and then show up at my door an hour and a half later with cold pizza and drinks I don’t want. The corporate “delivery insurance” doesn’t really make up for it, because I don’t want store credit for a store I’d never order from again.

Order a pizza and stuff bread both was soggy and very unable to eat never got the dipping sauce that they charge for which is crazy. Placed an order at 714 pm and didn’t get delivered until 906 pm pizza was cold and nasty and made completely wrong and thr one box was crushed. No one would answer the phone at the store and all the online complaint would offer is a free pizza next time. Never again will order from here!

I had a very disturbing experience at the Domino’s in Penn Hills. While inside the restaurant, I overheard staff speaking about how they would handle customers who complain, and the comments made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
When I received my food, it had a strong chemical-like smell that immediately made me concerned for my safety. Because of that, I did not eat the food at all. I still paid for the order, but I left the restaurant feeling uneasy and disrespected.
No customer should feel unsafe, intimidated, or worried about retaliation simply for raising a concern about their food. This location seriously needs better customer service, professionalism, and food safety standards. I will not be returning and would caution others to be mindful when ordering from this franchise.

They completed are order without us even reciting it. When I called they claimed to have put it on a chair. After hanging up on us multiple times they call back in what sounds like a car we go outside and see the man speed off, I only reduced my pizza none of the extras I got with it.

The absolute worst location. Don’t order from here.I waited hours for my delivery to arrive. The employees kept hanging up the phone when trying to figure out what was going on with my order. I then received a notification that my order was delivered when it never was. The employees here don’t know what they doing. Apparently they like to accept orders and mark them as delivered at the end of the night so they can take the food home.

After a great experience with Domino’s Mexico, we decided to give the North American stores another chance, in particular this one close to my house. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. It took almost one hour and thirty minutes for the order to arrive (the original ETA was 45 minutes). For some reason, the driver was late. The pizzas were fine, but for the price we paid, we get better customer service experience and delivery at Blaze Pizza in Monroeville.

every time i order i have an issue, i used one of the “free pizza” coupons i got from them taking over an hour to deliver an order from last week. i only ordered this because why the hell not it was free. this was what arrived, i ordered a ranch base pizza with chicken, buffalo sauce and cheese. when i tell you my roomate thought it got dropped when we got it, and he used to work in a pizza shop for over 10 years. it was soaking in ranch. i mean soaking, i couldnt even pick it up. i cant be too mad it was a “free” pizza but i did tip and pay a delivery fee for a pizza and it still was horrible. i just wanted this to be known to anyone whos actually trying to spend money and get a decent meal, and i was dissapointed i waited for a pizza that wasnt even edible.
