This Starbucks is leagues ahead of the rest. Whether it be giving a credit if they run out of something, remaking a drink to make sure the quality is up to standard or (my favorite) the personalized messages/ details on their cups. This has made me a consistent patron for over a year now. Huge shout out to Moss for always remembering my name and making me feel of value when I come in! These employees are top notch.

My family and I come into this Starbucks regularly and typically have a good experience and great drinks. Today Natalie was our barista and after placing our order at the register, I walked down to ask if she would please hand me a cup with some hot water in it to warm our babies bottle while we waited. She stood right next to the cups and refused to hand me one because “she had not gotten to our order yet”. I told her again that I was not asking for our order but only a cup with hot water to warm our daughter’s bottle. She again refused to let us have a cup and told me she would get to it later when she got to our order and said the same thing again as I made a third attempt to explain it was emergent. Our little girl was clearly distressed and hungry as I had to step in and out of the building with her multiple times. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Starbucks and just showed awful moral on the baristas end. Hoping this review brings light to a much needed conversation with staff on how to treat customers.

The team at this Starbucks location is amazing! This is a busy shopping center, especially during the holidays and the team is always ready to spread cheer and put a smile on everybody’s face. Their beverages are delicious and the vibe can’t be beat.

My all time most favorite Starbucks location EVER!! I visit this location multiple times a week and my drinks are PERFECTLY made EVERY single time. No other location in the area compares to the quality of drinks and service you receive here. Today when I read this note on my drink it really made my day. I love the fact that you could get salami and cheese for an on the go snack, Horizon chocolate milk and Ethos water from their refrigerated section and I love all the Starbucks refillable containers.

The drinks are amazing but the staff is completely rude. They let my drink melt for about 15 minutes until I asked if it was my drink and someone finally gave it to me.

My wife spent over $18 on drinks for my family today and when I asked for a cup of water, the barista asked if I had placed an order with them before, as if I wouldn’t get one otherwise. It felt petty and unwelcoming.
