I stopped by Panera for my birthday reward and they gave me a free cinnamon roll It was SO good & perfectly sweet. The drive thru was super quick and easy, and the employee who helped me was so sweet and friendly. It honestly made my birthday feel a little extra special. Definitely coming back!

*This review is no reflection on the waitstaff who were pleasant.* Whomever the distributor/baker is now for this Panera, simply has no clue what they’re doing. Serious training is needed on that side. The Asiago bagel contained a gross clump of who knows what, not the Asiago cheese bagel that it used to be & it tasted like pure cardboard. The Almond Croissant’s “paste” was foul & MEALY, it’d break a Frenchman’s heart. Neither were edible. Total waste of $16 (I purchased an Everything bagel to make the sandwich edible), the coffee was ok.

To be honest, I’ve stopped going to Panera Bread for years because it’s just gone downhill, but I decided to take a chance on this location since moving to Tyler and I have to see one thing I noticed was how exceptional the service was and also how clean this location is. I ordered a menu item that has long been gone but the manager (I assume), Memo, made it happen. He also came around and asked everyone how things were and I also saw him cleaning.
I was thoroughly impressed and I will definitely visit this location again.

The cashier who took my order was very kind and polite, but there was one woman who was working the drive-through who kept complaining of the drive-through orders. She would mention that customers were incompetent for ordering certain drinks calling it, “they are just ordering chocolate milk”. I wouldn’t have felt to write this review if it was not broadcasted in front of multiple customers, felt very unprofessional and like business was not wanted. This was 2/8/26 at 10:30am.

Have always loved Panera. The food is fresh and always very good. Today I got iced tea, Mediterranean Veggie with extra hummus and toasted sandwich with a cup of tomato soup. It was VERY GOOD.

First visit here, and was impressed. Really liked their flavor teas. Great friendly employees, clean establishment (except for at the end of lunch there was a ton of plates stacked up on trash can) Tried the grilled Mac & cheese, it was very tasty with some crunchy cheese breading inside. Will be back again to try more.

We had the worst experience today. The stand-alone kiosk to order didn’t work, it would take your order but not your payment. The employee at the register said it’s been a problem all day and suggested using restarting my order at the other kiosk. When I told the manager, he reacted like he didn’t care and was more concerned about talking to two friends instead of dealing with the broken kiosk. On top of that, the soda machine was malfunctioning and over carbonated. The buttons would stick causing the drinks to overflow and it was so carbonated all you got was fizz in the drink. Very disappointing experience.
