Extremely disappointed with this location. It has increasingly gone downhill every time I have come. In the past, they would refuse to take any mobile orders due to being short staffed (I get it as I have been in that predicament) but what I didn’t get at the time was them making you order place an in person and laugh in your face when you would ask to honor any mobile coupons or discounts. I avoided this place like a plague due to this. But today, March 8th @7:30-8:05pm was the worst and most difficult experience I had. Ordered a mobile order and waited patiently, it took longer than normal and it was busy, no problem. But I had got a notification when it was ready, I went inside and they REFUSED to even check. I waited 30 MINUTES inside, seeing multiple people being serviced and received their pizza. Nothing and more nothing, I finally got called and it was the pizza that was sitting on the counter for 30 MINUTES. I told the man clear as day my name and he claimed “Oh, I’m sorry I thought you said another name.” I am furious as his only response was that he was the only man, even though there were several other workers. Highly disappointed and will no longer come to this location as these people are just lazy and can’t even comprehend a simple thing as a name on an order. Absolutely embarrassing Papa John’s

On Tuesday October 28th around 7pm or so, I ordered some Pizza for my family, which was supposed to be a quick carryout order. Upon arrival, I found a line of individuals from regular customers to DoorDash folks, waiting for their orders. It appears that there was only one worker running the entire store that night. . Just one!
Normally, people would complain about the wait time and express frustration, which some did. But, to be quite honest, Tom was outstanding. I never seen someone handle that type of chaotic situation with such poise. He handled it like a true professional that cares about customer service.
Tom…you saved the night and deserve full recognition for it. Thank you sir.

The manager tonight was HORRIBLE! 1st off they brought me the wrong pizza so the driver took the pizza back to the store told me to call the manager. On hold for like 20 mins until she answered the phone. She then said she would send me out the correct pizza for “free”. 30 mins later got the correct toppings but it was undercooked and stuck to the box. The pizza was falling apart and was a mess!
Called the manager back! And all she said was ok do you want a credit for another day because she couldnt keep giving me free pizza!!! Lol!! 2 hours later and my family still hasnt ate dinner and this girl was laughing and being so rude and said if i wanted another pizza i need to pay for it!! I told her i would call corporate and She laughed and said they are a franchise so good luck. I can not believe this! I have never been treated like this ever.

Just not the same quality as I have had in the past. I picked up the last pizza, which I opened up and looked at it before leaving. I had ordered the
Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, no onions and substitute mushrooms. All items were on the pizza, but all in a pile in the middle of the pie, and very poorly made. I showed it to the register clerk and asked if this is how they intended it to look like, and she offered to make it over, but with a 15 – 20 minute delay to remake it. I just took it as the weather was bad and just wanted to get it home.

What a joke! NY style? Not even close. Just another regular pizza with a new name. Absolutely terrible tasting as well. Papa John’s by far is the worst pizza chain behind Little Caesars.

1. Sealing: there needs to be some type of sealing for orders that are for DoorDash or ANY other deliveries.
2. “Well Done”wings is never actually well done.
3.Boneless wings are not tossed the sauce is just sprayed on it leaving the other side dry.

The dough was like chewing rubber. The Buffalo pizza was missing cheese on nearly a full slice of pizza and they don’t make good use of the pizza poker as the Alfredo pizza had large deflated “bubbles.” The pizzas arrived quickly but were not worth the $18 and $19 ea in the condition I received them. Better ingredients Better Pizza, Racetrack.

The worst experience with this peoples.. order a pizza and chicken wings, one and half hour later the food arrive. Driver have a disgusting appearance with no thermal bag, just the 2 boxes on hand in the rain. I ask her why she doesn’t have a thermal bag and she said “they don’t give me one”… food was cool as hell, chesse in the pizza hard as a rock, and same with chicken wings.. call the store and was on hold for 45 minutes…. no one taking my call.
I will call this morning for my money back or call my bank for a credit card refund.. this is the right way to deal with this DON’T CARE WORKERS..
Update… I talk to the store manager this morning and they give me a full refund..also she told me that they use DoorDash when they are busy and that was my case (a nasty Door Dash driver)…
