I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received at your drive-thru. When I picked up my order, my Whoppers were served completely cold. What made this even more aggravating was that I could clearly see, through the drive-thru window, a man with long, tied-up hair preparing the sandwiches without heating them at all.
This displayed an obvious disregard for basic food quality and customer expectations. Serving cold food is unacceptable, and watching it happen in real time only added to my frustration.
I expect a corrective action, and appropriate compensation for the cold food I was given.
One: I never leave reviews (until now)
Two: I’m sure im not the only one who has ever ordered 3 largef ries
Three: if I said I was never coming back what am I doing here?
Four: if I or anyonelse left a review you as an employee have no right to confront or falsely accuse them over it..
