Pros – convenient location. Pleasant staff.
Cons – I’ve never found a clean table here, whether or not it’s busy. There are only 3 tables. The shift manager should be watching this and reminding staff to take 3 minutes and wipe the tables and chairs every 30 minutes. Also, lots of talking noise behind the counter. Practically yelling at each other. Last, many times breakfast sandwich has unmelted cheese on it and hash browns are cold. Hot food and melted cheese should be a standard, not skipped because it’s busy. How about an option on the app to specify, ‘extra hot’.

Before renovations everything was great. Since renovations it looks better but the quality of the food/drinks has gone down. I find myself wasting money on $5 coffee because it has not been made correct. I order ahead to save time and still have to wait for my drink to be remade. I always get a toasted bagel and it is barely toasted most of the time. (Better since I went back and complained, which I hate doing) Today I look and it is cut crazy! I do not want cream cheese in my hand as I am eating.
Great place that needs some improvement lately. If nothing is done, sadly, this daily customer will be no more.

Food and drinks are excellent and high quality even compared to other Dunkin locations. The service is very nice and friendly. They were smiling at me the whole time!

this dunkin is a great place but their new staff of this girl and man are rude to all customers. only these two r mean the rest are very sweet and funny. i am writing this to let the owner know that these staff members need to learn manners.

Dunkin donuts is now just called Dunkin. I remember this place back in the late 1980s. There used to be long swervy counters. People could sit there and have coffee n freshly (made in the back) donuts. Large variety of flavors. My Father used to walk here with my son who was little then. They would sit at the counter, order my son a carton of milk n a donut. My Dad a coffee n donut. Creating memories. Talking with other local friends at times. All the charm is long stripped away. Now that same space seems compacted into a hurry up order n go. Choose from a very small case of donuts (smaller donuts) that you how no clue as to when or where they came from. Just sad to see in comparison. Very expensive now. Not a welcoming energy.

Great dunkin location! Pleasant employees n quick service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 starts because they don’t have my wife’s favorite donut, powdered donut with chocolate cream filling.
