What happened?!? The eggs rolls literally used to be the best we have EVER eaten. Today they were probably one of the worst. So. Disappointing. Didn’t even finish.

Food was disgusting. I ordered the orange chicken and it was so hard and tasted old, it didn’t even taste like chicken. The crab rangoons weren’t crunchy at all and just tasted like straight up cream cheese, the egg roll was cold. The rice was the only good thing. What a waste of $25!

Ordered door dash at 9pm, well before close. The lo mein tasted like someone mixed cigarette butts and ash in with it. Completely repungent. Sesame chicken was so dry and overcooked it was like hot jerky. Half the crab rangoons were also burnt and the half that weren’t were cold. The only thing remotely okay was white rice, so at least they did something decently. I gotta be real with anyone reading this, be careful ordering it dont want you to get stuck with this poor of quality of food. Go somewhere better. Hope the owner reads this so they can look into making their place a better place and figure out what the heck happened.

Great special with fried rice and egg roll. It included pork egg roll but we substituted with vegetable egg roll. The Szechuan shrimp and cashew chicken specials were great value for the $$$. We ordered on a Sunday afternoon through Grubhub and it was ready for pickup within 10-15 mins. Would recommend.

This place is a mess. We were given incorrect information over the phone, and when we tried to clarify things with the manager, they were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of fixing the problem, they acted like it was an inconvenience to even speak to us.
The food was just as bad—nasty, low quality, and completely disappointing. Nothing about this experience makes me want to return. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The orange chicken was so undercooked the breading was raw.
The “free” chicken wantons were completely dry and burned. Why have a free item with purchase if it’s not easily made/premade? Had I received no wantons I would have been more satisfied. Give people a can of soda with a $25 order and you’ll get order totals up without risking extra disappointment.
If you order stick to deep fried items. The crab Rangoon and egg rolls were ok but they were almost definitely frozen.

I’m always helped as soon as I walk in. The store could be a little more organized but as long as the food tastes great, that’s all that truly matters. I wish the items written on the white board near checkout would be more legible and overall cleaner. (There is also only seating for 6 at most. Only one long table near the main window.)

Ordered delivery and was inedible. We’ve ordered here before and it was okay as far as low end Chinese places go. This time we ordered chicken lo mein, it showed up burnt. Like pretty badly burnt. Noodles were scorched, chicken was dried out and burnt tasted terrible. We called and talked to someone who looked up the phone number and order number and told us that the manager was on another call and would call us back (apparently don’t have a ‘hold’ function on their phone). No call back, nothing. Probably was no manager there. It shouldn’t have ever been sent out to a customer after being burnt so badly and should have cared when someone calls to say they burned their order. Awful food, terrible customer service, they clearly don’t care about their customers. Now we have to find someone who delivers after nine pm. Don’t waste your time or money, there are MUCH better Chinese joints in Madison.

I ordered for delivery. Was pretty fast! I ordered vegetable lo mein and chicken noodle soup. I’ve never ordered chicken noodle soup from an Asian place. I have to say they didn’t disappoint. I used the crispy noodles for crackers. Lots of noodles. Not much broth which is how I like it. It could if used more chicken. I’m almost done and have only ate one piece of chicken! And it was small at that. The lo mein was good. I normally have to flood it with soy sauce, but thank God I didn’t have to do that cuz they only gave me one packet. Overall a very good meal.

Below is the photo of Shrimp with Lobster Sauce I ordered, as well as what I actually received. Watery soup with 2 shrimp. The most outrageous part… I call to complain and they hung up on me the moment I said I was not happy with the bait and switch and they would not answer my subsequent calls.
Wow… classless customer service and a total rip off! I wouldn’t ever do business with them again and recommend you be careful when dealing with this business!
